Very straight forward. Adorable little spot close to everything near Santa Rosa area. From checking in throughout the whole stay this place was more than accommodating and having the garage to come and go from the beach was nice and made it easy to keep sand from coming and going in the house.

The property was very clean and the host was very gracious and timely when responding. The atmosphere was very tranquil and the surrounding area was very quiet. All other places will have a hard time measuring up to this place. Very good location also. Will definitely book again.

Great Stay!

The place itself was beautiful! It was well taken care of! It was in a good neighborhood! Calm and peaceful but close enough to different activities and stores! The only reason we rated it a 4/5 is because the wifi had been going out a lot but the host said they had just gotten new wifi so he’d check it out. When we arrived the beds did have some sand in between the sheets but other than that it was fine! We enjoyed our stay and the host was super kind and friendly and responded within a matter of minutes or an hour or less. I am so beyond happy with our stay here! Would definitely recommend! Thank you to the host!

Great Place Great Host

The place was perfect for our vacation with friends and family. It was clean and modern. Smart TVs allowed you to log into your favorite streaming services. There was even beach chairs, coolers, etc to use. If we need a place to stay in the area, this will be our first choice.

Destin stay

The property was like new, very neat and clean. It was well-equipped with all that you could ask for, especially the kitchen. Good location to everything, especially for our family and friends that live in Destin. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great Location

Weekend in Destin

This was a great place for our weekend trip to Destin. Close to 30A and Topsail Hill State Park, as well as everything the Destin area has to offer. I would recommend staying here to anybody.
