  • “Cabana 30Ahhhh" has been recently renovated and comes with gorgeous views of the Gulf. It is a 1 bedroom plus bunks with 1.5 baths. Perfect for a family, ! You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine of the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The location is fabulous with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beach access is across the street and you can enjoy any of the 3 pools and hot tub that are available within Gulf Place.
    Access to the white sand beaches and emerald gulf waters with Gulf Place Private beach access directly across the street or enjoy Cabanas community pool , perfect for a quick dip.

    Gulf Place Cabanas are just steps away from a variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, and the Artists colony to browse for that unique keepsake. The 'Lawn' offers live music concerts in the season, right at your back door. Live music can also be enjoyed at the corner restaurants! No need for a car during your vacation! Hwy 30A offers a scenic path covering it's 18.5 miles for walks, jogging, or biking. Everything was perfect A/C was cold, Pool was a great temperature and the Location is beautiful. If I could come up with one complaint the sliding glass door going out to the balcony was so hard to close my wife and kids couldn’t even do it.

Suggest you make the listing be more specific that the coffee maker only supports individual coffee pods. The sliding doors need repair; the door and screen are very difficult to open and close. The ice maker does not function and in fact leaks water down the door. There is no serrated knife or cutting board to slice fruit etc. The main bathroom sink drains very slow. When sitting on the sofa suggest you have a tray or sofa arm table top for drinks.

Just as described

The location is good and it’s just a short walk to get to the beach or pools. Around Easter it wasn’t too busy. We would stay here again!

The LOCATION was fantastic!!! Beautiful view, beach access right across the street, shops and restaurants all around in walking distance, Seaside down the road … The property could use a bit of updating, but overall it was perfect for our stay and the communication was excellent!

Loved the location easy to get to the beach and come up to the room if you needed too. Everything is so close which is really nice. Family friendly!

Overall the property was nice, with plenty of parking as well as restaurants and shops in walking distance. The beach access was easy to access and there were multiple pools on the property to enjoy.

The perfect location

We love it here and always try to stay at the cabanas due to their proximity to the beach, pool and gulf place amenities. This property was excellent (although we might be about to outgrow the bunk beds with our growing kids!). Only suggestion is to replace the chipped bowls, there were quite a few. Thanks for a great vacation!

Best 1-bedroom condo at Gulf Place

I've stayed at Gulf Place numerous times over the years. This condo was one of the best! The description & pictures were spot-on. No surprises (which had been the case with other condos at Gulf Place the past few years.) I will book this condo for my next trip to 30A!

Great location & customer service

The original condo we booked got flooded the day we were flying in. Geoffrey the property manager was very accommodating and helped us find a different property to stay the first night while a different room at this property was ready. The location was awesome with many different restaurants and shops near by. Beach access was very easy right across the street. All said, we had a great stay and we were really impressed with the customer service!

Our stay was perfect. My first stay was just as a couple . This stay I took my daughter and 8 year old and 8 month old . We had a great stay . It is easy access to the beach . Condo very clean . Everything you need . Only thing missing was the sheets for sleeper sofa but didn’t create issues for us . I’ll be back again.
