The Main House’s first level features a sofa room with a 75” TV. Outside, discover an outdoor kitchen and refreshing pool with a swim-up bar. Retire to 2 lovely bedrooms, each with a king bed, TV, and access to a screened porch—1 bedroom includes 2 twin sleeper chairs.

An airy yet cozy great room welcomes guests on the second level. The whitewashed tongue-and-groove ceiling, dark hardwood floors, and French doors nod to the coastal cottage design. A farmhouse table for 8 awaits savory seafood dinners and lively brunches, crafted in the chef’s kitchen boasting Wolf appliances and a spacious island seating 5. Wander through the open archways to unwind on the living space’s slip-covered sofa and armchairs. For entertainment, the TV ascends out of the ornate cabinets at the push of a button. BEST VACATION HOME EVER

We spent a week at this house with 12 people total ranging from a 9 month old to a 75 year old. Everyone had a blast and enjoyed the house very much! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Beautiful views! The golf cart was great for taking all the junk down to the beach on the private boardwalk or driving to Bruno's for a quick lunch/dinner. The elevator made lugging the baby gear up to the 3rd floor a breeze! The TVs and fast internet kept the 13 year old entertained (the internet was very fast as opposed to what older reviews said - probably upgraded since last summer). The top crow's nest was actually used a bedroom by one of the more adventurous siblings and she easily had the best views around. The 3 ice makers were clutch! And 360Blue even had gifts for us upon arrival (like an Otterbox backpack cooler)! We loved this house!

This is our second time staying in Watersound Beach and love the location, community amenities, beach, beach club and nearby HUB. This particular property was chosen, because of the large number of people in our group and the beachfront location/view. The overall stay was good with exception of the below, which should not have happened considering the premium rates we paid. We will visit the community again, but not this particular home. There are two smaller sized trash cans outside (compared to what the other homes have). And the trash pickup comes twice per week. Upon our arrival both cans were completely full, additional trash was sitting on ground next to cans and there was a massive amount of flies as a result. Not a good combination when you have 12+ people staying in a large house that produce an additional 1-2 bags of trash a day. Trash was overflowing for days. Apparently the owners or management company decided to do some minor construction/repairs, which were not completed prior to our ar

Great property - had quirks but property was worth it

We had a great time at this Watersound property. Very clean, well managed, and property management communicated really well. We had a few quirks with the property itself as well as several with the neighborhood that are worth noting. AC went out on two separate floors at two separate times, which was difficult to deal with amidst travel plans. The ice maker also went out and there is no ice make on the kitchen/living room level, which really doesn’t make sense. On the neighborhood side, there were two separate house fires in one week. I have to imagine these are infrequent occurances, but one of them burned up 3 houses and was something we had to keep an eye on. If you haven’t been to Watersound, you need to know about the nearby lake/lagoon that can dump sediment and minerals into the ocean. Half of our trip we had clear water and the other half we didn’t. Despite these challenges, we had a great trip with our family and the house is a great set-up for a family who wants to all be together but also wants privacy (per floor).

GREAT house but be prepared to be off the grid

Great House. Great Neighborhood. But streaming only television and internet speeds at 2mb make the home basically off the grid. Keep in mind ATT cell service is basically zero at the house, so you are completely reliant on basic dsl early 2000 internet speeds. teenagers girls on the wifi, 9 year old playing fortnite, AND trying to stream tv, isn't going to work. 360 blue desk at the entrance said that the house gives the maintenance crews fits because everyone calls about the tv. If you don't have steaming accounts you are at the mercy of a previous renter accidentally leaving their account logins active when they left to watch tv and movies.... the house is great. but please update the internet and maybe get cable or sat tv

Every moment of this family beach trip was perfect. This is an awesome house and was perfect for our family. We loved the decor and the comfort of the home and the location is THE BEST. 360 Blue did a very good job of making sure property was ready for us and responded quickly to the very small issues we had. We had an amazing time! The waterfront beach house has breathtaking views. The house came with lots of amenities including a golf cart, beach chairs, bikes, community pool, beach club access, and private beach access. We had seven people stay, including two small children, who loved the kids’ room and toys. The house was laid out nicely to accommodate all families and was decorated beautifully. The WaterSound Beach Club pool was great for the whole family with zero entry, fountains, and a lazy river. The club provided towels, ice water, swim diapers, and poolside food and drink service. You can easily access the private beach right from the back porch. The beach was very clean with beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. The house is close to great local restaurants or you can cook in the fully-equipped chef's kitchen with water views from the kitchen sink. We enjoyed our stay so much we hope to come back next year!

Overall, we had an amazing trip. The home is spectacular! However, there were a few things that could have been handled a little differently. First of all, the description of the home is outdated. It still states there is a pool table, which there is not. That was one of the things we were looking forward to. Also, the description of the bed and room situation is also outdated. The media room is a bedroom and the beds are very small. Teenage boys cannot sleep in those beds like we were planning!! They had to sleep on couches instead! One huge problem is that the owners have locked the pantry!!!! In a home this size, with this many people, where is the food supposed to be stored????? There are plenty of closets that can be locked for them, the pantry should not be one. We had to get creative and improvise so we had somewhere besides the counters to put all of our food for 16 people!! That should not have to be done in a rental such as this! Loved the location, neighborhood & balconies!! Will return to WS!!

We had an exceptional stay in Watersound! The house was spectacular and the views were breathtaking. The house was elegantly decorated and the setup was perfect for our families. Our stay also included lots of amenities such as the golf cart, pool, private beach access, and the watersound beach club which is perfect for any family with kids! The entire 360 Blue staff was extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed making many wonderful memories and look forward to staying again next year!

This oceanfront home just had a complete remodel. Absolutely stunning... kudos to the interior decorator on a job well done. Our family of 10 which included 4 generations had a wonderful vacation.The views were outstanding. Elevator was a lifesaver for the Great grandparents as was the golf cart that came with the house. The grandkids are still talking about the bunk room and all the toys. Great week of memories that will last forever! I would highly recommend this beautiful oceanfront home!
