Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to Beachbound Bungalow, your comfortable home base for beach days and exploring Scenic Highway 30A. Located in the Bungalows at Seagrove community, this two-story vacation rental offers over 1,000 square feet of living space and accommodations for up to six guests.

The first floor brings together the living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a convenient place to gather for breakfast, share a meal, or unwind after an afternoon along the coast. The kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, and microwave, giving you the flexibility to enjoy meals at home between visits to local restaurants. A grill is also available for your use. A conveniently located half bathroom on the main level provides easy access for guests.

Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to the private balcony, providing privacy and separation from the downstairs gathering spaces. The balcony offers another inviting spot to slow down, enjoy the coastal air, or start the morning with coffee.

Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles at the Bungalows at Seagrove. Parking spaces are unmarked and unassigned. Please keep roadways, walkways, and neighboring property access clear.

The Bungalows at Seagrove combines the feel of a beach cottage neighborhood with shared amenities for an easygoing 30A vacation. Guests can enjoy two community pools, a hot tub, landscaped grounds, sidewalks, and wooden walking bridges. Nearby public beach access is just a few blocks from the community.

Located just off Scenic Highway 30A, the neighborhood puts guests close to Seagrove's restaurants, shops, beach access, and rental outfitters. This is a two-story vacation rental with both bedrooms upstairs. Guests must use stairs to access the sleeping accommodations.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
