Awesome location and such a short and easy walk to the beach. Pool was great once we figured out how the heater worked. Owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Great vacation

Outstanding property. Well maintained and well equipped. The pool was great. Location only a couple blocks from beach access. The beach wagon in the renters closet made the walk to the beach with our beach gear even easier. Outstanding communication with the owner. This is our third year in a row to vacation in this area - Miramar Beach first time, Destin Crystal Beach last year. Santa Rosa Beach was by far the best location and this was the best property. If we come back to this area again next year I will definitely try to book this property again. Absolutely no complaints.

Beautiful house close to beach

After driving for 7 hours with tired and hungry kids, we arrived right at 4:00 to check in only to be told by the cleaning lady she was almost done and to give her 10 minutes, went back to check in 20 minutes later and found her in the kitchen texting instead of cleaning, she told us she needed 15 minutes. We were finally able to check in after 5pm, 1 hour after we arrived. I got no notification that check in would be delayed. I texted the owners and they simply said delays happen and sorry. Sorry isn't quite enough for the price we paid to stay there. When we were able to check in the stay was great. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap as we were left with 1/4 roll of toilet paper and paper towels, the hand soap was filled with water in the bathroom so we had to purchase that to wash our hands. The house was very close to the ocean and the pool was nice and warm.

Perfect location and perfect house

We loved everything about our stay. It was the perfect location and the house set up was perfect for our group of three families with young kids. The pool was a great size and we loved how close we were to the beach! We all talked about how we want to book again soon

Above Expectations

We had 11+ guests and we had a GREAT time! The pictures listed for the property do not do it justice! They have completed updated everything from paint throughout the house to nice and very comfortable furniture. They need to update the pictures of the house. This house is 100% fully stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare any meal down to potato peelers and Tupperware. The pool was heated and came with an outdoor shower as well as a spout to wash off your feet that is right by the entry door. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi worked so well for those of that needed to work during our stay. The beach is maybe a 5 minute walk! The views from all the different balconies made our time that much more enjoyable. Loads of space and comfort here. We also had 5 vehicles that we were able to park in a row in the driveway which was very nice! This place comes with a great outdoor grill and a huge wagon to take to the beach. The air conditioning was perfect and this property comes with some Roku smart tvs in the bedrooms. We absolutely will be returning to this property in the future and recommend it to everyone! The property owners were attentive and communicated very well! They were accommodating & left a very nice card & pineapple for us when we got there. All around PERFECT place to stay for your family & friends.

Exceed expectations!

The house was very nice and clean. It’s actually more spacious than in pictures. The pool was a big deal! The kids had a great splash every day after the beach. One nice thing is Goatfeather restaurant is right across the street. We would stop and had oysters and fresh seafood almost every day. There is an ice cream shop right across the street that is good for ice cream, but the donuts were about $4 per donut! The kitchen was one of the most well stock kitchen I’ve ever seen compared to other places I’ve rented. It’s such a nice thing when you have a big family to cook for. Nice job done by the owner of the place! The walk to the beach was about 2 mins with beautiful palm trees on both sides. I can’t say enough good things about this place. You won’t disappoint if you rent this house. The neighborhood was upscale and felt safe. The communication was wonderful! You can’t get this communication if it’s run by a company.

Great week at Santa Rosa Beach

The home was laid out perfectly for our family with bedrooms on each floor - grandparents on one level and 2 adult children and grandchildren on the other floors. The pool is large and lovely after a day at the beach which is very close. Outdoor shower was great to take off the sand and there are plenty of beach toys and a wagon for the beach. Communication with the owners was quick and easy.

Perfect for young kids!

We absolutely loved this vacation property. We were traveling with our three kids (ages 6, 4, and 20 months), as well as my 75-year-old mother-in-law. This house was perfect for us! The heated pool is fantastic, and I love that there’s an alarm system on the door in case a kiddo tried to go out there alone. The house is very well stocked with beach toys, chairs, and a great, sturdy beach wagon. The beach is right down the street- perfect for little kids! We were also thrilled to learn that a walk-up ice cream shop is one building away, and Goatfeathers (restaurant as well as seafood market) was right down the street. We were able to pick up fresh seafood to cook at the house. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years with our kids, and I have to say that this one was our favorite. We’d easily come here again!

Best Vacation!

We’ve been coming to the beach as a family for 12+ straight years, and this trip was by far the best. Having your private pool and the location of the house was the highlight. We had more then enough room for 3 families! Will be coming back.

Short vacation trip!

This was a last minute vacation trip for my family. We had never stayed in santa rosa beach. We absolutely loved it! One of our favorites now. The property was amazing... so many extras!! Love love love this property. We want to go back very soon.

Beautiful House

Palm Paradise is a beautiful home with plenty of room. The pool is a great size and the area around it is nice. There are also things for the beach stored outside that can be used and there are games in the house. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need for cooking. We stayed in this house 15 years ago and it is still just as nice as it was then. We could not have had a better week. You will not be disappointed with this home or the area it is located in.

Fantastic beach house!

This house was perfect for our two families with small children. It is so close to the beach and the pool is perfect for when the kids got tired of the beach. It was also great to be so close to several restaurants and the fish market. The house itself felt so homey for us. It had everything we needed to cook our own meals so we felt right at home. Perfectly decorated for the beach! We loved our stay!

Quiet beach life

If you're trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of Destin this is your destination. This home is 2 blocks from the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The beach is not near as crowded as Destin (we went out after 10 am and had no problem getting a spot). One house separates you from a restaurant (Goatfeathers) and ice cream shop. Publix is a 5 min drive away and there is also pizza delivery available. The home itself is just as described. Plenty of room for our group of 17 and a well maintained pool to keep the kids entertained when the weather was cloudy and we were afraid to haul all of our things to the beach. Lots of beach items in the closet as well as a wagon to lug it all down there. The owner responded very quickly to any questions asked and even called us in advance to make sure we were taken care of.

We made memories to last a lifetime at Palm Paradise!

Awesome location! Just a short walk to the beach! We loved having our own private pool! Many great things to share about the house...plenty of room, plenty of seating, good layout, looked like the pictures. Any issues we had with it were quickly taken care of by maintenance. Just wish we could have stayed another week!

Very nice property and location

We traveled with another family to Florida for spring break. This house is located in a very nice residential area close to many restaurants and a few shops. The public beach access is an easy walk down the road and the pool was large enough for all of us to enjoy with plenty of seating space. The house is very cute, clean, and comfortable, and it is appropriately decorated as a family beach house to just relax and enjoy. The Santa Rosa area is centrally located if you want to explore the coast from Fort Walton to Rosemary Beach and very nice for families with young children or couples/adults traveling without kids. The reason I mention this is our teen boys did get a little restless since it is a quieter beach without many people their age. We spent a couple days driving to the Destin area for activities they enjoy, which was not a problem, but it is a good 30-40 minute drive with traffic. We brought our bikes and spent time riding on the 30A bike path to various other beaches and towns. The house is at mile marker 4 and only a block away from the bike trail. The owner, Brian, is quick to respond and easy to work with. We would certainly rent from him again. We had a very enjoyable vacation and were blessed with beautiful weather. We plan to visit again real soon.

Great family vacation house!

This was our second year staying here. Everything is as described and a perfect fit for our two families. Wonderful location, close to the beach, plenty of space. The oversized pool is great for an afternoon swim. Brian is great to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Couldn't have been better!

We had a family vacation with our two boys and their families. The reason we chose this property was that our daughter-in-law had stayed here the previous year with her family. When they arrived she said she hoped she hadn't "oversold the place". To the contrary, it far exceeded our expectations. With four grandkids(7-6-4-3), the bunk room and upstairs TV area was perfect. Bedrooms on each floor were very nice, especially the lower level for Grandma and Grandpa.(easy access and sometimes far enough away from total chaos) The pool was just the right size and was used as much as the beach. The house handled the ten of us easily, and was very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well stocked with utensils and accessories. The family room was large and had plenty of comfortable seating. However, the best feature was the location. IT WAS PERFECT ! It was a short walk to the beach on a wide paved sidewalk. The street was a dead end street, so there was very little traffic. With the beach wagon that was available, we were able to get all the beach gear down there easily. We were a half block from a bicycle rental, ice cream shop, beach gear store, fresh seafood market, and what we thought was the best seafood restaurant we ate at.(Goatfeathers) Another restaurant (Local Catch) and beach store was a four to five minute walk away, but where the house was located you never felt you were near a main thorofare. With all the sidewalk and bicycle paths Santa Rosa Beach has, it was very easy to get around. Walking around and seeing what else was available, there was no doubt we had made a great choice. We would recommend this property to anyone in a heartbeat!

Perfect vacation location/house!

Palm Paradise Is a great vacation home rental! All the amenities you need and a quick walk to the beach. We ate out but appreciated the convenience of the gas grill right by the pool. We enjoyed all our meals outside on the second floor deck. Tastefully decorated with bright "beachy" colors throughout. Perfect for multi families. The pool is very large with plenty of outdoor lounge chairs. Quick drive to Publix to get groceries. Many great restaurants nearby. This is definitely a place to come back to year after year. Great House and Great Location!

We loved this house for our party of 10 (6 adults and 4 children)! Palm Paradise is a beautiful home with all the amenities. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is just a short walk to the beach. The private pool was great and the large wagon was very helpful in getting our gear out to the beach everyday. We had a wonderful time and could not be more pleased with the house! The owners were very responsive to any questions and have been great to deal with!
