Relax and enjoy the stunning beaches of 30A at the Salty Seabird! This 3 BR, spacious beach house, is the perfect family friendly location to explore all that 30A has to offer, or simply relax and enjoy the short walk to the emerald waters and powdery white sand. The gated community, Old Florida Village, is a quaint family favorite with two pools (one next to the house), and right on 30A. The location is perfect - walking distance to several bars and restaurants or simply grill out!
Spacious 3 BR beach house with open concept downstairs and large 65inch smart tv. Propane family sized grill on back deck. Upstairs, there are 3 private bedrooms, including an oversized master suite with a private balcony, remote work desk, walk in closet, and full bathroom.
Access to entire home, beach supply storage shed, and neighborhood pools.

Salty Seabird

My wife, my boys (14 and 11), and I have stayed in multiple houses in Old Florida Village over the past 10 + years. We love Santa Rosa Beach and love the proximity of the Old Florida Village development to the beach, restaurants, the bike path, Seaside, etc. The Salty Seabird quickly became one of our favorite houses in Old Florida Village. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat in or just to settle in for a week long stay like we did. We particularly enjoyed and appreciated the food bikes and the beach chairs. Great visit. Great house. Great hosts. Five stars all the way around. We'll be back, for sure!

30A gem!

My family has been coming to 30A for years and this was our favorite stay so far!! Brennan and Amy were accommodating and super friendly. Check-in and communication was a breeze. The house was spotless and comfortable for our whole family. We especially loved being walking distance to restaurants and shops. There are two public beach access points within easy walking distance as well. There is a neighborhood pool directly across from the house that was great for our daughter. My wife and I were able to grab some happy hour deals and then walk to the beach for sunset. We loved our stay here and already can't wait to rebook for next year.
