サンタリタ ホテル

「Absolutely the worst hotel we have been to. We travel with a pet, so we're usually not that particular about the condition of the hotel. Still, we had to leave after 20 min. When we walked into the room, we noticed the funky smell. Well, every hotel has a particular smell from the cleaning agent they use, but it wasn't that kind of smell. It was a dirty smell. Then we used the toilet after a long drive. The toilet paper holder was off the wall completely. Well, at least toilet paper was there....

「Enjoyed our stay. Very clean suite」

「Great hotel, clean and nice.」

「Front desk, not a warm welcome by the staff not even a greeting. I had to ask about breakfast, and how the air conditioning worked, because it was different from others. The lady in the breakfast area looked that she wanted the guests to finish and go. So she can clean. The breakfast was ok. Not better than Best Western Plus. The room was decent cleaned, but a lamp was not working. The soap bottle was empty. For me it looked that it was a good building and furniture, but inefficient care of the...

「Hotel was filthy. My kids socks were black after walking from the couch to the bed. We talked to the front desk staff about this and she said it was due to not having enough time to clean rooms in between guests and awarded me points for the inconvenience.」

「高速道路沿いにあって便利だが、私の泊まった部屋の位置は車の音が騒がしかった。ベットは快適だった。朝食はややものメニューが少しもの足りなかった。」

「Front desk staff on check in was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Property is older and needs a few repairs. Nothing significant.」

「運営はメキシコ人、料理はおいしく無い。 部屋は汚くもなく、きれいでもない。 ホールの写真につられて泊まりました。」

「We usually stay here when we visit San Angelo to go fishing. There is a river right across the street, which is nice. The rooms are always clean, staff is always nice and friendly. Beds are comfortable. The only thing that is not up to par is the bar and grill. However the hotel does not run/own it. It is nice, large TV for sports but the food is not as good as I thought it would be and they need to hire more people. The poor waitress was by herself and it was very busy. I could add more but...

「David at the front desk was extremely professional and nice. I asked him for restaurant recommendations and he gave me about 6 local places. I was in line before and he handled everyone consistent.」

「Great experience」
