We had an excellent stay at Oasis Fresh. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, and its in a perfect location to get everywhere you could want to in Santa Marta. That being said, since its right in the middle of the action, its rather noisy! The hotel does provide ear plugs but noise does continue into the wee hours.

staff is friendly and helpful but the area is very noisy until late hours of the night, swimming pool not operating which was the very reason I booked the hotel because of location and price

Excelente ubicación a una cuadra del parque de los novios, muy buenas y agradables zonas comunes en lobby , piscina pequeña pero nueva y agradable y terraza con hamacas y jacuzzi. Puede llegar a haber ruido en las noches por establecimientos nocturnos cerca, pero las habitaciones están insonorizadas, lo cual reduce un poco el ruido. Mi única queja , la ducha tenia una especie de hongos muy notables en la parte superior lo cual nos pareció muy desagradable y es señal de que requieren limpieza. De resto tuvimos una placentera estadía.

Since you arrived at the hotel you are feeling so welcome and with a good vibe. All the personnel there is very professional and willing to help all the time. Very nice and pleasant experience for sure, and It's highly recommended.

Me encantó el hotel, todos super atentos, los desayunos super ricos, espacios muy agradables , la piscina de lujo y el jacuzzi ni decir... cada persona que me atendió fue muy amable y atenta, tuve un pequeño accidente (culpa mia) , todos estuvieron muy dados a atenderme, quedo gentilmente agradecida por la hospitalidad con mi mal episodio.
