Master bedroom:king-size bed (200x180 cm), en-suite bathroom, and a spectacular terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the Formentor and Alcúdia mountains, and its vast beach.

Second bedroom:double bed (200x160 cm) with en-suite bathroom.

Third bedroom:double bed (200x160 cm), sharing a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Fourth bedroom:double bed (200x160 cm), sharing the same bathroom and equipped with a fan.

Fifth bedroom:bunk bed with an upper bed (200x90 cm) and a lower bed (200x140 cm), sharing a bathroom and toilet, also with a fan.

Exterior and Surroundings

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a large terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and pool towels, as well as partial sea views. The porch with a chill-out area invites you to unwind next to the pool.

Just a few metres away, the Serranova Yacht Club offers a charming terrace over the sea where you can relax with a drink while enjoying the sea breeze. 240 metres from the house is the Son Real naturist beach, an untouched and preserved natural environment. On the other side of the urbanisation, you will find Sa Canova beach, ideal for windsurfing, paddleboarding, and diving.
