Welcome to this wonderful villa with private pool in Son Serra de Marina. It is perfect for 8 people.
The private saltwater pool -measuring 4 x 8 meters and with a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 meters- is perfect for cooling off after a day visiting the north of the island or on the beach. The hammocks will help you relax while you sunbathe and the table at the porch is ideal for enjoying a delicious barbecue at nightfall. The property is fenced and there are close neighbors.

The 2-storey house has a classic and cozy style. On the ground floor we have the living-dining room equipped with AC, Smart TV with satellite channels; the separate kitchen that has a ceramic hob and exit to the outside; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor you will find another two bedrooms -one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed- and the second bathroom in the house, this one with a bathtub. The house also has 4 electric radiators, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, as well as two cots and 2 high chairs in case you travel with your baby.

The house is located in Son Serra de Marina, a small, very quiet fishing village, where you will find basic services such as several restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, etc. Can Picafort is a short drive away and there you will find everything else you may need. The beach of Son Serra de Marina is rocky and with coarse sand, shallow waters and a family atmosphere. You can also visit other nearby beaches such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia.
