Casa Abel is a big new house with pool, garden at 5 minutes to the beach (6 persons) in a quiet residential Can Picafort. The beautiful and bright home is situated in a quiet residential area in Can Picafort. The house is located 5 minutes from the beach, and also close to shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

A perfect place to live the Mediterranean life, to organize excursions to the nearby beaches, to practice some sports like trekking, horse riding, golf (the newest Majorcan Golf Course is at just 10 km), water sports,... or just enjoy the Mediterranean life in a quiet ambience with a private swimming pool and garden and only 5 minutes walking to the beach and restaurants area. A big house 6/7 persons perfect to come with the all family.


Interior facilities: Casa Abel is a new house built and complete equipped in 2008. The swimming pool, the ping pong area, the garden and patio gives us the welcoming on the entrance. Then we can go inside the house straight to the hall or through the kitchen. The kitchen built in natural wood is fully equipped and includes a fire place. There is breakfast table on the kitchen, another big table outside in front of the swimming pool for enjoying the summer breakfast and a third table in the dinning room. Also in the dinning room you will find the hall with the sofa area and a TFT 42'' television with satellite channels. About the bedrooms you will find 3 of them fully equipped and bright: one room with one queen size bed -180cm x 200 cm-, and two more rooms with two double beds each room -90cm x 200cm. There is also two bathrooms.

Exterior facilities: Private swimming pool of 4 x 8 meters.
Mediterranean garden with grass, flowers and Mediterranean trees.
Orchard with typical products such us tomatoes, lettuce.
BBQ.

Schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit Pool
Ein super Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr schön, große Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz und allem ausgestattet was man braucht (Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, TV, WLAN, Handtücher) und war sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage ist auch wunderbar mit Pool und Liegen und einem großen Tisch und Tischtennisplatte ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abwicklung mit Schlüssel etc. hat super geklappt. Der Vermietet war jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen. Das Haus ist gut gelegen. 5 Minuten zum Strand und zur Promenade mit allen möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Great Villa, Great location!
We stayed here as a family of 3. We arrive late at night after a delayed flight and a long cue for the hire car! Tolo was great, and called us when we hadn't shown up yet. We completely understood him leaving the keys in a safe and was fine for us to call when we finally arrived. The villa is amongst the locals and was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but we finally made it! Opening the door was amazing as it was huge and seemed like a maze! The rooms are great sizes and the pool area was brilliant! Even though the pool was a bit chilly we went in a few days! In the day the villa was just as impressive! TV, WIFI and a fab kitchen with everything you could need. We had a slight hiccup with the WIFI but it was sorted by the time we were back to the villa the same day. Great service! The promenade was a 5/10 stroll down a slight incline. But nothing major. The area was lovely. The promenade and beach were great! we Hired a car and travelled bit, and went half hour down to the safari zoo which was defiantly worth a trip! Best zoo abroad I have been too! We would defiantly recommend to friends and family! on the whole, a fabulous holiday! Thank you!

Aug 1st to 11th Wonderful Stay at Casa Abel
Just arrived back from Casa Abel. Tolo (who arranges the stay) was very helpful from booking to departure. Everything you could want in a holiday home was there. The DVD player did not work correctly during our stay and after overcoming a slight language barrier, a new DVD player was provided and even a small cash refund given as a goodwill gesture! Great value, great facility, great time. The house is the ground floor of an appt block, with its own medium sized pool. The house is very clean, well decorated and tidy with 2 twin rooms with large wardrobes, a small hallway with a large bathroom and a cloakroom big enough for another wardrobe of clothing! There is a master bedroom suite with 2 large wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. A 5 minute walk gets you to the main street which runs parallel with the beach which is another 5 mins walk. We had 2 x 11 year olds and 2 x 16 yr olds who all had a fab time. Play areas for younger children and for ours there were pedallos and paraglides. The two eldest are skate boarders and we chose this house as it is 50 yds from a very good skate/bmx park. Car hire is about £40 to £45 per day and petrol same as in England. Meals averaged around £10 to £15 per head inc 1 drink and usually ice cream. There is a Burger King for those of you who have 16 yr olds who know nothing better (one night only for us !!) and I would recommend opposite "San Remo" for good food and delicious, enormous ice cream treats. Promenading along the sea front alongside the restaurants at night is very relaxing. Heading North towards Cala Pajada along the front takes you to a very quite bay area with good fish restaurants where little motorised scooters can be hired very cheaply. Highly recommend a stay.
