We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly what we needed as our "layover house" at the beginning and end of our 8-day Guatemala vacation while traveling to and from Lake Atitlán.The home is spacious, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and two separate living areas, so everyone had room to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck in the evenings, it was the perfect place to relax, sip some Guatemalan rum, and enjoy the view. The gas grill was a nice bonus.Having a garage for our rental car was another feature we really appreciated. The home is about 45–90 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic, and roughly 3–4 hours from Lake Atitlán, making it a convenient base for exploring different parts of Guatemala.One unexpected highlight was the restaurant directly across the street. We had the best steak we've ever eaten there!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Antigua or using it as a stop before or after exploring the rest of Guatemala.

Home was awesome. Great overall. The check in process was not cool. I was literally provided with a registration form at the very last minute. This registration form was a required document of which I had to scramble to complete with all of our family members info pertaining to our passport number and even the license plates of the two vehicle we drove. I manage to work it out given that I was out of my element- no access to a printer. I had to seek a copier center near the hotel of where I was lodging at in the Capital of Guatemala. This process was very stressful and I reviewed my caller logs in my cell and I did not have any calls from the host. I had to ask for her contact number that i could call her and clarify the registration process.
