This hotel’s owner is very rude. She made mistakes but she still shouted to customers.
Their rooms were over-booked but they refuse give us any refund. They found other hotel’s rooms for us but different facilities(no AC, no shower heater ) and cheaper price(-2000pesos). Who can accept that???
They wasted our time almost 3 hours. Finally, we tried to find police man then they gave us refund.
The best way to avoid this bad saturation is book others hotel!!!
