It was great, exactly as we needed and even better than expected. Perfect location for Georgia O’Keeffe, the Plaza and all. Well appointed kitchen, three bedrooms each with own sink and toilet, 2 with showers. Very comfortable (a little extra cool with AC in the afternoons). Very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

We enjoyed 3 days in Santa Fe. This home was a great base. We could walk to everything in the historic area and easily drive for more distant adventures. House is well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Definitely will stay again.

A beautiful Christmas in Santa Fe

Walkable, comfortable stay

Easy walk such that there were days we didn't need the car. A bit of noise at night and early mornings from county vehicles, construction in the area, and people cutting through the property at all hours. This lovely home is on the edge of downtown/the plaza. It is very secure. Very walkable. The interior is lovely, though furnishings have changed since the photos advertised and it would be great to have an updated profile of the space for more accuracy. We had no dish soap for the kitchen sink and upon making this known, a bottle was delivered within minutes. Easy to communicate with the owner. It's the perfect set up for multiple people - of our six adults, just four ended up using the space, and it worked out well with somewhat of a private area downstairs (it is cold down there which my husband loved) and the space upstairs. Having a washer and dryer with the laundry soap was so fantastic!

Cute House, Great Location

This cute little house was well within walking distance of the Santa Fe Plaza, restaurants, and museums. The house has been updated and was very clean. There was ample parking in the back. Owners were easy to reach and provided all amenities we needed. Check in was flawless. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Spot

We had a lovely visit to Santa Fe and this house was absolutely perfect for us…spacious, clean, comfortable and so cute. And, the location is amazing! Merry was super responsive and a very gracious host. We would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location!!

Loved loved loved location. Home was lovely, large space. A family of 6,one family member only stayed 2 days due to work. Downstairs was very cold and the family heard the upstairs family members on very creeky floors while walking gently. Very nice amenities, comfortable beds, nice linens, towels, etc. slight issue with pull out couch was dirty, quickly remedied by owner. Small kitchen nook table tight for playing cards at night but we made it work. Would recommend this rental. Easy short walk to Toen, dinner, shopping.

Great stay in Santa Fe

The house is a well done residence with tasteful furniture and decorations. Plenty of windows to let in light and has a parking space behind the house. The location is excellent for walking distance to the Plaza, shops and restaurants. We received a detailed text message with instructions on how to park and passcode for the door entry. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

There was a slight problem with our original rental and Merry offered another option, which turned out to be great. We communicated with Merry about a couple of issues and she resolved them immediately. Everything was top notch in this place, from the wine glasses to the amenities. Definitely was a wonderful stay. Merry was easy to communicate with and she responded right away. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Great part of town for the Plaza, galleries, restaurants, etc.

Nice place right next to plaza

Great place to stay. Good communication from hosts, very comfortable. Front bedroom gets some street noise, just be aware. Make sure you try Fiesta Oaxaca across the street... it's great.

Really well done VRBO & can't beat the location

I own VRBO's in Colorado so have high standards. 3 girls for the weekend stayed. Having 3 sinks & toilets was super helpful along with separate bedrooms. High quality linens & bedding, comfortable beds, very well maintained in every way. Plenty of parking, walking distance to lots of shops, museums, galleries & restaurants. One bedroom and bath downstairs which wasn't a problem for us but just be aware in case someone has issues with stairs. Owner very communicative & helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location

Excellent location, enjoyed our stay and well stocked house. Short walk to the plaza and restaurants. Great off street parking, easy in and out access to grocery store and Canyon road. Definitely will stay here again.

The location could not have been better. We were more than pleased with the accommodations. Our host was most helpful recommending restaurants and reminding us of the Spanish Market. We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful walkable location

Upstairs/downstairs set-up allowed for comfort and privacy for 2 families. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked. Excellent communication with agent when necessary. Easy walk to Square. Would stay again.

Chick Week

Walking distance to the Plaza and so many places to eat, shop and view. Georgia O'Keefe, the Loretto Chapel, and many beautiful art galleries are just blocks away. We rarely used our car. Three bedrooms, 3 baths (one just a toilet and sink) and perfect. So clean, so convenient. Loved it.

Lovely house in Santa Fe

This house was perfect. We stayed here on a college friends girl trip and it was perfect for our group. It couldn’t have been in a better location, it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The house was very well stocked and very clean. They thought of everything you could ever need and had it there. The property manager was very helpful and friendly, coming over within 15 minutes of us alerting them the wifi and cable on the tv wasn’t working. We have nothing negative to say about this property. We have already talked about coming back and staying here again. The best hospitality for a lovely city.

Boutique Amenities; Perfect Location

We loved our week-long stay at this charming house. The amenities were fantastic. The beds were super-comfy, the bedding was lush. The shower in the main bath had strong water pressure and three shower heads. The kitchen was well stocked including good-quality cookware and a block of sharp knives that were a pleasure to use. It was a nice surprise to find a large jar of granola bars in the kitchen along with coffee, tea, seasonings, oil. The place was a short walk from the plaza, and there was plenty of parking behind the house. Communication was excellent, and check in was easy using a code that worked for both the front and back doors. We were graciously allowed to check-in early. This was one of my favorite rental stays ever!

Perfect place and perfect location!!

The property and location are ideal! Located in a very quiet area just steps away from downtown, shopping, restaurants, and museums. Lots of room to park and can walk literally anywhere in the downtown area. The home is stocked with all essentials and details are covered. Highly recommend!!
