This beautiful villa is located in Santa Eugenia, in a privileged location where you can enjoy the sun and tranquillity in its private salt pool, with a capacity for 8 guests.
This peaceful rustic estate invites you to a delightful vacation. In its outdoor spaces, there is a private saltwater pool measuring 9x5 meters, with a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.80 meters, becoming the aquatic heart of this retreat. Sun loungers beckon guests to soak up the warm rays of the sun, while the furnished porch with a cozy barbecue stands as the perfect setting for outdoor dinners. Here, tranquility blends with comfort, creating an ideal sanctuary where every corner exudes peace and total privacy.
The interior of this charming house has a rustic character that harmoniously merges with a modern design spread across two floors. Upon entering, a spacious living-dining room is revealed, equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. A decorative fireplace adds a cozy touch. The generously sized kitchen features a ceramic hob and is fully equipped for the preparation of delicious meals, also boasting a decorative fireplace. On the ground floor, two charming bedrooms await; one with a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and access to the garden, and another with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor, offering convenience and functionality. The upper floor houses two more bedrooms: one with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, and another with a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a charming terrace. For added convenience, there is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The house is complemented by additional services such as a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. For travelers with infants, a crib and a high chair are provided.
