"Wanted to experience West Texas and this gave me the full experience! Highly recommend!! Traveled around and saw listings I was interested in which were double the price; no comparison. The facilities were nice but the experience was not there nor the views. No matter where you turned on this property..you had a view! Exactly what one should experience if one comes to Big Bend. I have stayed at five star hotels and the water pressure and hot water stand no chance against what this place has to offer. No running out of hot water during a shower. AC Bed Modern restrooms w a Wild West Vibe! Don’t forget to check out the trail on the property! Small hike.. best view!! The place to view the Milky Way and star gaze… off the main road… secluded…SAFE!!! Best place to decompress and detach from the world! Tips for the premises.. the road to the property gives it the full effect so don’t pave it please! Tips for future guest: Stock up in Alpine.. everything increases in Terlingua and supplies and restaurants are limited. No fast food. If it rained don’t make the drive to the Hot Springs… waste of time and gas. Highly recommended the Santa Elena Canyon. Don’t forget the wood and ice!!"

"the property was awesome from the site itself to the amazing views of the mountain and stars at night which just frames the whole experience perfectly. the club house was fully stocked with entertainment from board games to pool table and and easy quick drive into the small town for supplies if required. at night all you can hear are the sounds of the desert and valley which made it so peaceful and tranquil."
