Villa 58 is a spacious villa in a rural setting near Santa Cruz and the airport, for families or groups of up to six — it has a large terrace with panoramic views over the sea, the mountains and the fields, and a barbecue for evenings outdoors.
The house is 216 m² and comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a kitchen. There is also a barbecue with an outdoor dining area, a private parking space and other facilities.
It is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, in addition to bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children's channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

The property is in a rural area about 5 minutes by car from the airport and from the city of Santa Cruz, where there are many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, pharmacy and other services.
The rocky beach in Santa Cruz is just 2 km away, the Aquapark Madeira is 3 km away and Machico sandy beach is about 7 km away.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, diving and nautical activities.
The property has access to the main roads, but some roads are steep and narrow.

A car is recommended for this location. As some roads in Madeira and the access road to the house are steep and narrow, smaller vehicles with high ground clearance are recommended.
There is a CCTV camera outside, next to the entrance, which does not cover the private areas of the house.
The accommodation is in a rural area, but there may be noise from the airport and from dogs barking in the neighbourhood.
Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects and small lizards is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.
For anyone who is not comfortable with the presence of insects and lizards, we do not recommend staying in a rural area.
For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.
An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.
In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.
