Amazing holiday home in exclusive and very quiet residential area of Santa Cruz facing the Port with panoramic views of the sea and the city with free parking space. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Rambla de Santa Cruz and a 10 minute walk from Plaza España and downtown. Cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a bus stop for those who prefer to travel by public transport, for example to Las Teresitas Beach which is only 10 minutes away.

The holiday home is on the eighth floor, is very bright and has 3 large glass encased balconies, which offer an impressive 180º view of the port, the city center and the majestic mountains of the Anaga mountain range, a spacious dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a master bedroom, a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed, a third bedroom with a single bed and two bathrooms with shower.

It is an ideal apartment for those looking to stay in a quiet place, at the foot of the Anaga Biosphere Reserve, with all the comforts at hand to rest and explore the island.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Ein toller Blick auf den Hafen, wenige Minuten zu Fuss in das Stadtzentrum, unkompliziertes Check in, alles in allem sehr komfortabel. Sehr guter Service. Die Parkkarte mit bei der Schlüsselübergabe übergeben.

Die Wohnung ist schön groß. Die Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche, ist sehr gut. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Kreuzfaht-Terminal ist sehr besonders. Ja, manchmal ist es dadurch recht laut, aber das nimmt man hin. Einige dehr alte Möbel sollten ausgewechselt werden. Die Kleiderschränke muffen etwas. Es ist auch schade, dass es keinen offenen Balkon gibt, sondern beide geschlossen wurden.
