Beautiful house with amazing views

Pros: The terrace was great, offering amazing views to the ocean. Also the living room, was super nice and kitchen had most amenities (besides a dishwasher) Cons: Some of the bedrooms were not my favourite places of the house (being a bit small and dark) but still really nicely decorated with good and comfortable beds.

Sauberkeit!Duschen ueberhaupt nicht geputz! Alles voller Haare und an den Raendern schimmelig.Abtropfbehaelter ueber der Spuele richtig schmutzig. Betten und zum Teil die Handtuecher haben schlecht gerochen!!!

Sehr schönes altes Haus mit neuen dichten Türen und Fenstern

Pros: Große Terrasse mit wundervollem Blick und überdachtem Anteil, sehr sinnvoll, auch mit Kleinkindern. Innen viel Platz, zwei Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad gut abgeteilt. Lokale Ansprechpartnerinnen sehr hilfsbereit. Riesiges Grundstück, früher agrarisch genutzt, jetzt eher zur Zierde und Distanzierung zu Nachbarn. Cons: etwas lieblos ausgestattet: mit ein paar Euro müsste man zb bei Geschirr und Gläsern sinnvoll aufrüsten. Ein fast leeres Zimmer könnte zB einen kleinen Arbeitstisch gut verkraften (wir arbeiten auch dort ein wenig, nur am einzigen Esstisch möglich). Draußen kein Sonnenschirm, keine Auflagen für Liegen usw. Also für tausend € Investitionen wäre es seinen Preis total wert und man würde sich rundherum nur glücklich fühlen. Temperatur und elektrische Heizbarkeit kanaren-typisch, hier auf ca. 600 m NN. Vorteil hier: alle Ritzen sind dicht, Thermopen-Scheiben (selten auf den Kanaren!), Innenfensterläden, alles sehr sinnvoll! (Januar 25)
