High on the hill overlooking the sea, Quiet yet active. And the pool is worth the stay alone, sitting right on the sea , very clean, large and well spread out. Nice crowd of people stay there and kids are well behaved mostly Italian.

Heel mooie kamer. Prachtig zicht op zee en heel moderne vibe. Er is een padje dat vertrekt aan het hotel richting de zee en de zwembaden. Santa cesarea terme is wel een eindje verder maar op zich te doen te voet. Voor mooie stranden en echt leuke restaurantjes neem je best de wagen. Ontbijt was goed. Noet heel speciaal maar alles was er om goed te ontbijten. De kamer werd dagelijks goed schoongemaakt en handdoeken werden gewisseld. Geen geluidsoverlast van andere kamers. Heel rustig. Airco werkt heel goed in alle ruimtes. Heel ruim terras met meubilair De dames van de receptie zijn heel vriendelijk.

Tutto perfetto. Garage comodissimo raggiungibile con lo stesso ascensore che porta agli appartamenti. Reception molto gentili e disponibili e anche i ragazzi del servizio colazione. Consiglierei di dare più luce al salotto/cucina e soprattutto in balcone (di sera la luce non è sufficiente per mangiare in balcone). Tutti i ragazzi/e, comprese le donne delle pulizie e gli autisti della navetta, sono stati sempre estremamente cortesi. Consigliatissima la struttura e la location. Torneremo sicuramente.

Cleaning staff are superb! Very clean rooms. Apart from that you can hear a lot of noise at night when ppl aren’t thoughtful about others so noise travels easy! Pool is really nice but 500m away from the hotel. Breakfast was good very nice staff! I would stay here again but would then choose a room with ocean view I think those aren’t that noisy! Great AC!

Große, gepflegte Zimmer. Schöne gepflegte Anlage. Küchenausstattung überschaubar. Wunderbarer, sehr großer Pool über einen längeren Weg zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück gut. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück wird nach Nachfrage alles notwendige zur Verfügung gestellt. Glutenfreies Brot und glutenfreie Snacks zum Frühstücken vorhanden. Aufgrund der Anordnung des Frühstücksbuffets ist jedoch Kontakt von Wurst, Käse etc. mit normalem Brot gegeben.

I was unsure about 19 Summer Suites as it had mixed reviews. Well we stayed with our booking and had the most fabulous holiday. The staff were very welcoming although communication was a struggle, it's mainly Italians holidaying here which we loved, but we got by. We are a family of 5, stayed mid August. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and paid extra for the sea view. The accommodation was basic as expected and it does need some tweaks! The wardrobes were in the kitchen/lounge using our suitcases for storage in the bedrooms, the wardrobes should be in the bedrooms making room for another sofa. Only one mirror in the bathroom, we have teenage girls so this was a battle when getting ready! No hooks in bedrooms for hanging towels although there is a large airer on the balcony. Occasionally we ran out of hot water as each apartment has it's own tank, my girls have long hair so showering takes time! The kitchen utensils were sparse! We had no cooking utensils, staff located us some, we only ate in one night. And only 2 coffee cups! However, breakfast was amazing, fresh coffee made at the bar as much as you can drink, food was freshly replenished almost immediately. The shuttle bus to the beach/pool is timetabled. We're walkers and walked in 36° heat, 8 minutes at the most. The pool is a private beach club with plenty of beds. The town is 20 minutes walk away, very quaint plenty of bars/restaurants. Hired a car, drove to Lecce 40 mins, Alberbello 2hrs, airport 1.5h.€140 arrival.

Väldigt fint hotell, stor fin lägenhet som passade oss om 6 personer fint. Bäddsoffan var lite hård och det var en bit till poolen. God frukost!

Best resort in Italy

The best hotel/resort in Italy, hands down. We were supposed to stay for only two days but ended up staying for five. All the personel are amazing and very friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is very Nice. Poolarea is Nice to. Thank you for this awesome stay. Only thing that could use an improvment is the WiFi otherwise everything was perfect!

Slidt hotel og knap så god rengøring. For at bruge køkkenet i lejligheden skulle man betale 30€ og man kunne ikke bruge alle blus og ovn, for så røg sikringerne. En fantastisk pool, men ligger ikke lige op ad hotellet.

Slechte communicatie, beperking in vrijheid vanwege geen vervoer/ auto huur, geen taxi in het dorp. Slechte service, slecht ontbijt enkel Italiaanse toeristen. Geen bereik slechte wifi. Prijzig, kort samengevat een vakantie om nooit meer te vergeten in de negatieve zin. Een absolute afrader neemt niet weg dat de locatie een geweldig is.

Gorgeous Hotel!

It was absolutely gorgeous. Was our third trip to the Puglia area, and to discover a place like this … lovely, modern and with immaculate pools was such a treat. Yes the pool is a few minutes walk from the main hotel, but isn’t that sometimes the case with big complexes? And if you don’t want to walk, a shuttle is available. The pool and shuttle are both included, so no extra cost. Lovely selection of drinks at breakfast, aswell as cereals, pastries and a bit of an Italian spread. The balcony was huge, gorgeous view of the sea with lovely furniture. Our apartment was 2 bed, so no having to set up a bed in the living space. The reception staff spoke great English and helped us discover local places we wanted to visit. We honestly loved this hotel, it was the perfect end to a multi stay break.
