「Safe in depopulated areas」

「Staff were friendly. We did not use the hot tub or the dishes in the room. The suite felt odd, doors that were locked and furniture in the kitchen blocking another door. The toilet had poor water flow and the whole place needed repainting or rust removal. The microwave door couldn’t open due to the furniture it was on top of reduced the door’s swing. The suite was good for one night, we liked the garden outside and the proximity of the car to our front door. There were three different tvs which...

「I had an amazing stay at Casa Iglesia in Santa Barbara. The hotel was beautifully designed, clean, and quiet. The rooms were modern while still keeping the charm of the historic property, and the self check-in process was super easy and convenient. Everything felt relaxing and well thought out, and the staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.」

「Nice room. Old facility that needs to be upgraded. Customer service was ridiculous. The best thing about our stay was Krysten at the front desk. She was so nice and helpful when everyone else around the hotel acted stupid like that’s not my job.」

「Very nice comfortable unit, in great central location. We had a problem with keypad after returning in the evening, but a text and call quickly remedied the problem. Evidently internet had crashed and none of keypads worked. Plentiful underground parking a real plus in this neighborhood.」

The units are clean, comfortable, centrally located, has convenient parking, and it has everything you need to make it a “Home away from home.” The hosts are FANTASTIC! They are easy to communicate with, and they go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.」
