ビジネスで一泊滞在。別棟が全面改装中で、昼間はその音が聞こえた。部屋は狭い部屋だったらしいが（広い部屋への変更を勧められたが断った）、十分な広さで、新しくはないが調度品も良く、ハーブの香りが漂う。ロクシタンのアメニティの香りもとても気に入った。ベランダにはバナナの木があり、ペリカンのような大きな鳥が木にとまっていた。海へもダウンタウンにもアクセスがちょうどよかった。

目の前は海！特にPiarが近い。
部屋はフロントに近い一階の部屋。 ベランダがあるものの中庭に続く形で景色は無し。 日はあまり当たらない場所だったのでちょっと暗く感じました。 昔からの施設で水回りには古さを感じてしまいましたがきれいではありました。 場所は目抜き通りのステートst.に近く中心部まで歩いていけます。

My husband and I have been coming here for 15 years. Always wonderful.this time not so much, when we arrived, I stood there for a long time. the two women at the desk did not acknowledge us for a lonnnnnnnng time . They need to work on customer service. Also the two people behind us. They were typing and on the phone. When we finally got to our room the toilet did not work. Maintenance came and said “not good”. We held our breathe that it kept working. Next the tv did not work. We thought it was the batteries, maintenance came and determined it was the tv. Assuming the housekeeping did something to it, they repaired it. The gentleman who was there during the evening was very helpful. We do love this inn and hope this things can be resolved. We just thought you should know all of this. We did have a wonderful time though.

Good facility and location. Room was very nice. Lack of food, even morning coffee was disappointing. We had poor toilet function. WiFi access and strength not good.

Great location, rooms were spacious and clean. Looks better in person, pictures make the rooms look dated but it’s just the style. Fresh paint and furnishings and bedding were new. Walkable to funk zone and all the shops on state - across from the beach. Would totally stay again!

It may be charging market rates, but this nice property is vastly overpriced. At $509 a night, I assumed that included parking. NO, wrong. Parking is $32 a night. Why is it that high priced properties think that nothing should be included? No breakfast, no parking, no on-site full service restaurant. The room was spacious and quiet, but it had a view of only the parking lot, there were no towel rods in the bathroom, no shelf in the shower to put anything, plastic cups instead of glass, styro instead of china coffee cups. Honestly, we recently stayed in a $90 a night motel that was a good. Save your money and pick something off the main beach.

East wing is quite outdated and unfortunately we had NO hot water our first morning… maintenance was notified and issue was look after that day! Other than that it was a great place!

We stayed in room S316. It was a king bed with a pullout sofa. The room was very clean and very spacious. It was very modern and you can tell it had been remodeled recently. This particular room is much wider than it is deep, so the balcony outside was huge! it’s perfect walking distance to several restaurants and the pier. We can’t wait to go back!

Very nice property. On the harbor with a short walk to the pier and view of the boats. Parking on the property. Room very clean. Walk to many restaurants, shopping, wine tastings, and breweries. HIghly recommend.

I was not aware during my initial booking with Expedia that they would charge me for parking. Was hit with a $32.00 car parking charge. I was in the room for 1 night and less than 24 hours. This was not acceptable.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had multiple issues.. checked in & wanted to use a different card than the one used to reserve the room. They forgot to charge for”incidentals” they turned off our room keys .. went to the office to fix it .. 2 no night room keys didn’t work again for no apparent reason..3rd night same thing room keys won’t work.. we check out & they charged the stay to the wrong card !! So frustrating!! And their parking availability was awful!! They have staff walking around checking license plates but basically not enough parking to accommodate paying guests.. will not be staying there again

Excellent, clean hotel with large, well designed rooms. Pool was great. Jeannine’s by the Shore had delicious breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. Santa Barbara was beautiful.

Pros: We loved the location, cleanliness, and overall facility. Cons: the shower pressure is very weak, almost a drizzle. Considered asking for a change in room, but opted not to since the room was beautiful and spotless. Our biggest complaint was the facilities staff turning on the leaf blowers at 8am, on a Saturday. Then it sounded like other construction-type machines were turned on.

It's right on the water, in a very walkable and bikeable area, several great dinning choices nearby, the Funk Zone, the beach, just an amazing property! It is lacking one thing... No restaurant or bar on site.
