A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave & mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.*

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The unit has fast wifi.

Please note that this unit has a small step-up into the bedroom area. It is marked with caution tape to ensure guest safety.

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

We had a great stay - the unit is right in walking distance to all of the shops - and things in Santa Barbara. We could easily walk to the Santa Barbara Bowl, as well. Perfect stay!

We rented several units at this property for my daughter’s SB wedding and it was the perfect location! This unit was super clean and modern and only a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on State Street. The unit has a kitchenette with small fridge and all the utensils and dishes you need for wine and cheese at the bistro table on the front patio. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend!

Tight little studio

Very nice studio. The space was a little tight and the step out of the sleeping area is scary. However, the place is very well remodeled and high quality materials are used. We enjoyed our stay and was located in a very convenient location.

Cozy room, quiet neighborhood

Having lived in SB for years and returning to visit, this was a nice location. It's just off State so it's quiet, but close enough to walk to a few places. It's near the park and the theatre district and the neighborhood is quiet. The unit is small but has a large bed, a big enough fridge for a weekend stay, and all the basic amenities you would hope for, such as a coffee machine and tea kettle. It was a bit pricey, but I'd consider staying again because of the location and comfortable bed.

We were in 6A. Good location, efficient and an OK place to stay. We appreciated the quick response when we had an issue with our shower, and the offer to reimburse/gift back some of the fee. I did feel that the fee for our stay was too steep though, and in general not worth what we paid. But it did the trick.

Honeymoon Getaway

Besides it sounding like an elephant was moving furniture around at 2:00 in the morning 3 out of 4 days of our stay, everything was perfect! Its a short drive to downtown, walking distance from an IHOP, and in a really cute neighborhood that is great for walking around. We felt safe the whole time and were sad to leave. You also can't beat the price for the location. It is a little small, but for two people who enjoy each others company, its perfect! I am also not sure how the other units are, but we were in a room with a bathroom, king bed, and a space with a microwave, sink and fridge. We will definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone who asks, and will be back!
