Villa Caballero is the ideal choice for large groups who want a good, central location. It's only a 5 minute walk down to the beautiful sandy beach and a huge choice of shops and places to eat in the centre of Punta Prima. This impressive 5 bedroom house is bright and airy inside, with a large private swimming pool and a good sea view from the first floor. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Caballero is in a fantastic position. A leisurely 5 minute stroll downhill brings you into the heart of Punta Prima where the shops, restaurants and cafes are all centred around the beautiful sandy beach. Many of the restaurants have views over the seafront towards the picturesque lighthouse of Isle del Aire. You can catch the local bus into Sant Luis or Mahon, and anyone with a hire car will also have several family attractions and sightseeing opportunities within easy reach.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
