With restaurants, bars, and local shops nearby, the property also offers convenient access to the town of Sant Lluís in just seven minutes by car, while Mahón is easily reached via the regular local bus service. The villa is ideally positioned for exploring both the southern beaches, which are just 5 to 10 minutes away, and the northern coastline, accessible within 20 minutes. The airport transfer takes approximately 15 minutes.
Set within a generous private plot of 790m², Casa Serenidad enjoys distant sea views from a shaded porch adjoining the lounge, where a stone table and benches provide an ideal setting for al fresco meals. The 8-metre by 4-metre swimming pool with Roman steps is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and expansive grass lawn, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The interior of the property is distributed across one level and comprises two distinct sections: the main house and a separate annexe, which is accessible only from the exterior. The main house includes a comfortable lounge and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry patio, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one single bedroom with en-suite shower, as well as a shared family bathroom. The annexe offers an additional double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, ideal for guests seeking additional privacy.
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and included in the rental price, as are Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath towels (changed every 10 days), and final cleaning. The property also features a washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, fenced garden, private parking, and entertainment options such as TV and DVD player.
Optional extras are available for an additional charge and include a baby high chair (€50 per booking), cot (€5 per night), bed guard (€2.15 per night), fans (€2 per night), food pack (€50), maid service (€25 per hour), and pool towels (€2 per night). A €500 refundable security deposit is held by credit card with the final payment. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
Casa Serenidad does not accept groups of guests under 25 years of age and does not allow pets. Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out is required by 10:00.
