The staff at the reception were very kind, helpful and lovely.. There were the same two male staff working the shift patterns during our 4 days stay at the hotel and they were fantastic !

Staff promised a fan for the room because there was no aircon in the hotel and didn’t end up getting one everyday a different staff said yes but never gave us one. Food was the same everyday and wasn’t cooked properly fish had bones so inedible. Only one bar open at the back of the property. Maid every other day only made the beds and new towels if asked specifically no cleaning or covid friendly cleaning . Lift was broken. Bed broken. Adult pool no restrictions full of kids. No lifeguard they were working the bar couldn’t see the pool. Other people slamming doors all night and shouting on balconies. Balcony door didn’t lock/shut.

Excellent séjour sur majorque

Séjours mi octobre pour visiter l'île de majorque, appart hotel propre avec tout ce qu'il fallait, il est sûr que c'est un bâtiment mal insonorisé mais pas dérangeant pour nous "vu qu'ont y rentrait que pour dormir ".les personnes à l'accueil sont sympathiques et souriants. Accès direct bord de mer,2 piscines avec jeux pour enfant. Rapport qualité prix plus que correct, personnellement je préfère faire des activités et visiter donc cet hôtel était parfait pour nous.

Die Appartments reichen für eine Woche komplett aus. Die Betten waren nur etwas unbequem. Es wurde nach Aufforderung sauber gemacht. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und in der Nähe befinden sich einige gute Restaurants.

Prima appartment, heel basic. Veel geluid, muziek gaat tot 23:30 door. Keukentje is fijn, mist wel afwasmiddel en een sponsje. Schoonmaak: alleen bed opmaken en nieuwe handdoeken, verder niet vegen of dweilen, dat is jammer. Receptiepersoneel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam Centraal gelegen, leuke barretjes in de buurt.

Sollte niemals jemand mehr angeboten werden!

1. Stern ist noch Zuviel. Dieses Hotel sollte dauerhaft geschlossen werden und keinem Urlauber so betrügen, mir ist es ehe ein Rätsel wie dieses Hotel bestehen Belieben kann. Auch die positiven Kommentare verstehe ich nicht. Ja es ist ein 2 Sterne Hotel dafür erwarte ich aber trotzdem Sauberkeit und ordentliche Zimmer. Die Bilder die ich reingestellt habe sollten Bände sprechen, wir werden unsern Anwalt einschalten um unser Geld wieder zu bekommen. Wir haben noch nie so schlecht Urlaub gemacht… Seife gibt es nicht, sauber gemacht wird auch nie!!!! Toiletten das Bad an sich war eine Zumutung. Das essen ist unter aller …. Gebucht war Meerblick nix davon wurde eingehalten…. Eines der schlechtesten Hotels die ich in meinem ganzen Leben erlebt habe, Teller dreckig, Zimmer unter aller Sau ( lasst euch nicht von den Bildern blenden). Das essen ist immer das gleiche und die Zimmer sind alle nur mit Lüfter der die heiße Luft nur verteilt. Der Service geht so lange man nix will. Das einzig positive ist der Weg zum Meer.

Hotel muy acceptable para ser un hotel **

Es un hotel dos estrellas, por lo tanto, no es un hotel con habitaciones sorprendentes, pero agradables. La comida del buffet de buena calidad, aunque poca variedad. Además, en el desayuno haría falta un tostador más. Nos gustó mucho la opción de que te preparen un picnic para llevar cuando no puedes disfrutar de la comida al mediodía. Por contra, deja mucho que desear la limpieza, al llegar la habitación no estaba limpia. El balcón con muchísima suciedad y el suelo sin barrer… También, nos hubiera gustado que al llegar nos explicase cuáles eran las ventajas del todo incluido que pagamos. Algunas dudas las leímos en el papel, pero el último día descubrimos que había otra piscina más, un restaurante y bar piscina, a parte del salón dónde comíamos. Una lástima ver todo el último día. La zona del hotel es muy comercial y con poca gente autóctona de la Isla.
