The property has been fully renovated and is beautifully furnished with wooden furniture throughout, featuring parquet floors that contribute to its warm and inviting country house atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room complete with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen satellite TV, ideal for unwinding after a long day. A billiard room is also located on this level, providing additional entertainment space. The large, fully equipped kitchen features 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer, alongside a dining table for shared meals. 2 shower, bidet, and WC bathrooms complete the ground floor. Please note that the ground floor is connected to the upper floor exclusively via an external staircase.

On the first floor, an open living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen corner is available, along with a dining table.
