「Beautiful location and a very comfortable bed, however, for a 4* rating hotel in quite a small town location, one would expect a more personal-touch type of a customer service. Room was very comfortable but upon closer inspection of the bedroom/bathroom aspects, quality comes closer to 3* level. 」

「The hotel is a stately home. More like a Manor that is just outside Penpont; Thornhill is just a 5 min drive. It’s located in a gorgeous area surrounded by lovely old oak trees and the Scaur River. Excellent for a good walk. 」
