Urfa

Great location. You dont need a car for sightseeing. Join sira gecesi at the same hotel which you will enjoy much. Staff is helpful and friendly. We had a nice stay.

Was a great room and view. All the good stuff is walkable. Also, they arranged a round trip driver to Gobekli Tepe for a very reasonable rate. Can’t miss with this one.

The hotel/room was absolutely beautiful. They offered delicious Turkish breakfast and sights such as Fish Lake, Mosque, Caves and Museum are all within very short walking distance. I’d happily stay here again!

Wonderful experience

A different hotel atmosphere very near to the Fish lake and other attractions. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious with adequate amenities. Buffet bfast has vast variety to choose from.

A great place to stay

The hotel is at the heart of the city. Parking is available. Rooms are gorgeous. Breakfast buffet offers a huge variety. In short a great place to stay in.

Fabulous hotel!

An absolutely beautiful hotel! Loved the decor, atmosphere and the staff were very professional. The gentleman at reception spoke really good English and helped answer any questions we had about the sites near the hotel. I defnitely recommend this place and would come here again

Amazing one of a kind boutique hotel

Charming, historical setting in the heart of the old city, just a few feet from The Pool of Abraham, directly across from the castle heights. Wonderful, tastefully decorated rooms in the Sultan theme, one of the best restaurants in town, second to none service all across the board. Highly recommended!

I paid in advance for an executive suite. En route, I get a message from the hotel, saying that room was not available, but I would receive a suite with a balcony. I messaged the hotel to see if they would provide an airport transfer in lieu of the downgraded room… No response. At check in I received what I believe to be a regular suite NO balcony and no offer to compensate for the downgrade.

Perfect hotel to stay in for visiting all the holy sites and attractions in and around Urfa, as it's pretty central to all of them. Walking distance from the Cave of Abraham, the Abraham mosque and Pool of Abraham. I loved that laundry service was available! Special thanks to Enver for being so incredibly kind and warm upon check-in and check-out as well as throughout my stay. He went above and beyond with his customer service and providing me recommendations and was the most professional. Also thanks to Sadat and Halil for their recommendations and kindness. Housekeeping men were sweet. There were a couple of minor areas needing improvement: The breakfast staff weren't welcoming nor smiling, and they never asked if anything was needed. So I didn't really look forward to breakfast for this reason- it was kind of depressing. A lot of the breakfast items didn't seem fresh; i.e., the cheese plates, sausages, etc seemed like they were from the previous day (and I came earlier in the morning the following days to see if perhaps I was wrong, but even then some breakfast items didn't seem as fresh). Internet/wifi was completely down for over 24 hours and this was extremely inconvenient. I would strongly suggest replacing all hotel room doors with modern ones, as they were dated and made the hotel less luxurious. But to retain the beauty and charm, paint the new doors the same way as the old ones. Overall, property was beautiful, safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
