Die Einwohner sind freundlich und entspannt. Der Ort ist sehr gepflegt. Leider war das Grundstück nicht komplett umzäunt, wie ausgeschrieben, das war sehr ärgerlich und stressig, da wir deshalb mit unseren beiden Hunden dieses Haus gebucht hatten. "We were with family in the apartment. The communication of the host was very nice and very smooth and the apartment is big the kitchen is well equipped. Semmering center is close and Stuhleck was 10 min drive, so also close. Only difference I could mention to the description that we had only one bathroom instead of two."

"Overall, the property was very well kept. It’s clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside was they did not have shampoo and soap in the shower. The breakfast was decent not the best, but definitely not the worst overall and if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay at that’s clean I would recommend it."

Exceptional Service and Value—A Must-Visit Hotel!

"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value! "

Nature escape, clean place & accommodating staff.

"We had the 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and the beds very comfortable. The only bother we had was the downstairs hallway lights programmed to stay on during the night, which is understandably for safety, but were a bit bothersome when someone opened the doors at night. Maybe a motion detector would be useful and more eco-friendly. Staff was super nice and flexible. We had extra requests and they were accommodated. "
