Pretty and spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit with a beachy theme is just steps to the beach or pool. Enjoy the artwork featuring local birds. The master suite has a king bed with access to a large screened lanai overlooking a tropical pond. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large and bright living/dining room also opens onto the large screened lanai. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The walk-in showers with safety bars, and the unit's close proximity to the elevator makes beach living a little easier. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs, loungers and a beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, Wifi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills and laundry facilities, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
