Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

I prefer the eastern side of the island and I have found my perfect Sanibel location. I’ve stayed at a few other complexes, but this is a good fit for my family. It’s a quiet, serene place and I personally wouldn’t recommend for families with very young children. Close to groceries and good restaurants. Lots of shells - enough for everyone!

We enjoyed our 8-night stay in Ocean Reach 4A4.
Its at a good location in Sanibel, with wonderful beach access.
Nice pool as well.
They said A4A was the best view, and it was.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Can’t beat the 4th floor corner views. Very quiet, no neighbor noise at all. Beds were very comfortable. Included beach chairs were nice, we left a canopy and some beach toys in the storage closet for guest use.

The condo was perfect! Everything is brand new. The master mattress is quite firm. We had a great time. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if there was a way to control the no-see-ums. They were so bad at certain times, we couldn’t be outside without being attacked. Overall we enjoyed our trip and loved being back on the island since Ian.
