We know you'll love the beautifully decorated interiors and the beachfront location on the convenient east end of Sanibel Island. The condo is incredibly bright and spacious and sleeps up to 6 people. Loggerhead Cay 501 is on the ground floor of a four- story building. You will have a dedicated parking spot right outside the condos front door.
One of the special features we love about this unit is the ground floor screened in lanai that has a door directly to the beach. After a long day of enjoying Sanibel or just relaxing at the beach, it's nice to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing ashore while watching the sunset.
Additionally, there is an Olympic-size heated ocean facing pool, a seashell washing station, two pickleball and one tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, community outdoor grills, outdoor dining tables next to grills, and of course, the beach is your backyard.
It's all about location, as they say, and we are located two miles from Sanibel's famous lighthouse beach and 1 1/2 miles from Jerry's grocery store. Sanibel has two public golf courses nearby. Right outside the front door, there are 25 miles of stunning shared-use paths for you to enjoy while biking or walking. LOGGERHEAD CAY, 501 is just a few minutes from the Causeway, local restaurants, and great shopping.
