Great location
The property was in an awesome location. You could walk to downtown, the zoo was about 5 minutes away and there were springs about about 30 minutes away which made it easy to stay busy and have fun. The only thing I would recommend is getting the tile fixed in the kitchen. Quite a few were cracked and loose. But overall the place was exactly what I was looking for.

Average house, but could be better with some TLC.
The property is an older property, which I liked, but it does need some repairs. Their was a lot of water damage on the ceiling. What was annoying was that turning on the shower was very complicated. The faucets barely worked and was scared of breaking it even though it already was damaged. The house smelled cleaned, but unfortunately the cleaning crew barely did anything. The toilet, tub, and floors were all dirty. The kitchen countertops were dusty. The bed sheets on both beds were also dirty. The location is on the west side of N French Avenue, 1 block west of the McDonald's. Originally we did not think it would be a big deal being on the west side of French Ave, but their is a difference. Also you can hear the car noise from French Ave, this wasn't a big deal for me as I am used to outside noise, but maybe an issue for someone else. It's a cute house, just needs to get some repairs and a better cleaning company. I hope the host make the changes needed prior to another stay, especially the shower fixtures.

Sanford getaway
House was in a central location that made it easy to get around the city. The only con is I wish there was a washer and dryer but other than that I’d stay again if I’m in the area. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Enjoyable, hassle free, superior host..
Close to downtown and activities at Hollerbucks Octoberfest. Would stay there again in the future.
