On the first floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms and a convenient laundry area. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, and Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed. Also in Bedroom 2 you will find an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo, providing privacy and comfort.
Ascend to the second floor to discover an open-concept Kitchen/Dining/Living area that's perfect for gathering with friends and family. The space is complete with upscale furnishings, a wine fridge, and a coffee station to start your mornings right. Also on this level, the serene primary suite (Bedroom 1) features a king bed and its own ensuite bath with a shower stall.
Step outside to a gorgeous backyard oasis, where a stone patio awaits with a gas grill, and a cozy fire pit—ideal for evening barbecues or unwinding under the stars.
With the Cape Cod Canal, scenic bike path, the Sandwich Boardwalk, and local restaurants all within walking distance, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Cooling is provided by 4 window AC units, one in each bedroom and one in the living area, ensuring comfort on warm summer days.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
