Utopia - Courtyard Beach Bungalow

Welcome to "Utopia", a 1-bedroom Beach Bungalow at Dover Bay Resort. This charming bungalow features a queen-sized bed, full bath with designer tile, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area. The cozy living room offers a gas fireplace, queen pull-out sleeper, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV. Unwind on the private patio with a BBQ grill, picnic table, and Adirondack chairs. Sleeps 4 guests. Pet friendly!

We give our guests all the privacy they need. We are available when needed.

Utopia is located in the Marina Village of Dover Bay and offers access to walking & biking trails, beaches, parks, and the Lake Club. Take advantage of nearby tennis & volleyball courts, and enjoy dining at the DISH restaurant or shopping at the Dover Bay Market. Explore Lake Pend Oreille and enjoy activities like kayaking and paddle boarding.

Utopia is a quaint, perfectly proportioned and delightfully detailed 1-bedroom Beach Bungalow at Dover Bay Resort. This stunning bungalow features a comfortable queen-sized bed, full sized bathroom with tub/shower combo with designer tile surround, fully equipped kitchen provided with cooking necessities, full-size stainless-steel refrigerator, range with oven, micro hood, and spacious dining area. The roomy living room features a slate tile surround gas fireplace, relaxing sofa with queen sized pull-out sleeper, free Wi-Fi and DISH TV.
Unwind in the Adirondack chairs and barbeque on the charming patio which also includes a large picnic table to enjoy the magnificent North Idaho evenings. Utopia comfortably sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. We know pets are part of the family! If your furry friend will be joining you, please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure everything is set up for them too! We allow up to 2 pets per bungalow and our pet fee is $35/night per pet.

As a guest, enjoy FREE access to the Lake Club Fitness Center, outdoor heated pool, and hot tub. Explore 9+ miles of trails, 9 acres of beaches, and the 274-slip marina. Rent kayaks & paddleboards at Dover Bay Market during warmer months. The bungalow is 3 miles from Sandpoint and near Schweitzer Ski Resort and Silverwood Theme Park. Pet-friendly (2 dogs max, $35/night per pet).

Enjoy the Beach

Great area in Dover Bay. Located near the marina and restaurant. Very comfortable units. Plenty of activities...kayak, paddle board, boat, swim, beach, walking trails, biking.
