Downtown Sandpoint Lakeside Condo

We fell in love with Idaho in 2005 and are excited to share our condo so you too can make amazing memories with your family. Our 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor condo is clean and cozy, well stocked with the essentials, and steps from lake, pool or downtown fun. 13 miles to Schweitzer mountain resort. We aren't a property management company, we live in this community and want to help you with our favorite tips and tricks to living and enjoying all Sandpoint has to offer, whether you are looking to sit on the patio enjoying the eagles flying or getting active in the lake, on the tennis/basketball courts, or in the mountains. After a long day, head back home to the condo, enjoy cooking a meal in the open kitchen and getting a good nights rest in the comfortable queen size bed or a fun movie night on the pull out sofa sleeper. Enjoy all the amenities our condo has to offer and more.

Great cozy spot for a small family. Tucked away in a cove right off the highway, so it was very easy to find. I did notice there was a quite a bit of train noise at night, but if you are in a deep sleep you probably wouldn’t notice it. We came in the winter, so we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities, but would probably be a sweet little spot in the summer. Short walk to the main drag and several restaurants.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated! It matched the scenery outside which was the beautiful lake! It was walking distance to everything we like in Sandpoint and we would love to visit again in the spring!

It was perfect for our two night stay. The location is convenient to downtown which was the deal for walking everywhere. You can hear the neighbors tv next door but we were out of the condo most of the time so it did not bother us. We were only there to hear it in the morning. Amy was very accommodating to our last minute booking. We were very appreciative.

Love this condo! Equipped with everything we needed. Steps from the lake, easy paddle board or kayak access. Very easy walk to town or city beach. Lots of great restaurants and shops very close by.

Great location!

the condo was a perfect getaway with awesome views of the lake. Condo was clean and very adequate if you wanted to stay in and cook. We chose to eat out and found good eats close by and within walking distance. Lake cruise is a must while there. Condo was well stocked with items needed for the stay. Balcony was great. Amy was prompt when we had to contact her regarding entry to condo. We thank Amy for being a perfect host and allowing us to enjoy her condo.We are currently checking for a return visit. Best condo ever!!!!!!!
