「Fine for a weekend trip to the ark. The restaurant is great and we walked to the ark. Breakfast area was small, but it was adequate. It was quickly replenished with food. Room was clean. It is good for a basic motel room and it was a great price.」

「This hotel really missed the mark and I don't know how the rating is so high. The only good thing was the cold ac in the room. The breakfast is just sad. The eggs are watery and tasteless. The comforter on the bed smelled of mildew and there were splattered stains on the wall. It could have been food but honestly looked like blood. Keep your socks or shoes on because the carpet will blacken the bottom of your feet. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I feel like I threw money in the trash...

「If you’re looking for a rustic camping experience, and this is your place. Quiet and serene with multiple wildlife meandering through the property, well maintain trails leading to forest and creeks, and a fast sky with plenty of stars. Josh handy is a great host who communicates well and is responsive to the needs of his guests. Altogether lovely I would definitely do it again. 」

「Room was clean. But bed was dirty. Hallway was dirty. Room wasn't cleaned while we were staying there. Just not clean place」

「This is a very unique, historic hotel overlooking the scenic banks of the Ohio River. The room was cozy, clean and very comfortable. I also appreciated the second-floor balcony, which provided a lovely view of the river, as well as the complementary tea/coffee supplies. I highly recommend this traditional hotel, especially for history lovers and explorers in search of memorable experiences!」
