Struttura situata in pieno centro a San Vito lo Capo, a due passi dalla spiaggia!! Il nostro appartamento era nuovo, ben arredato, spazioso e curato. Dotato di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, zanzariere montate sulle persiane di legno, Tv, materassi molto comodi e la cucina ben attrezzata. Bagno moderno con sanitari nuovi. La signorina molto cortese alla reception ci ha fornito utili informazioni per rendere più confortevole il nostro soggiorno. Lenzuola e spugne bagno di ottima qualita’! Indispensabile portare con se bagnodoccia o prodotti di cura per il corpo perché non previsti dalla struttura (forniscono solo le piccole saponette) e prodotti contro le zanzare! Ampio parcheggio a 650 metri situato in via La Goulette o parcheggi in strisce blu a 400 metri circa. Ritorneremo!

Gut ausgestattetes, großes Appartment mit Gartenbereich, den wir leider aufgrund der aggressiven Stechmücken nicht nutzen konnten. Zu Fuß ist der Strand und alle Lokale schnell zu erreichen. Leider kann man in der Nähe nur gegen teure Gebühren parken oder den Parkplatz außerhalb (5€/Tag) benutzen, der in 10Min zu erreichen ist.

Mycket fräscha lägenheter finare än på bild, perfekt läge. Du ser stranden från yttergrinden. Mitt i centrum så du har allt utanför din dörr.

Good location, needs some small improvements

Very well located near beach. Helpful staff. Apartment seems very new but still missing some key equipment e.g. knife in kitchen. No possibility to park a car so it's necessary to leave luggage and move the car outside the city and return by free shuttle, a bit uncomfortable. It's possible to leave car on street 1€/h or 2€/h on Sunday. Unfortunately during my stay there were mosquitos everywhere, I received some stuff to eliminate them but didn't work. What was surprising was a request to pay for towels 5€/person what is not mentioned on the offer of Hotels.com(!)

posizione fantastica a due passi dalla Spiaggia

Casa spaziosa e in posizione ottimale, a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia in una piazza Molto carina, dotato di bar e ristornati a non solo; con staff, la ragazza della portineria in particolare, veramente gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo dunque avuto una piacevolissima esperienza nel Residence e a San Vito. Piccoli aspetti negativi nel comfort un pò da rivedere, con sanitari e bagno un pò datati. Nel complesso consigliato!
