PAOLA'S HOUSE

The house is located less than 50 meters from the beach and the center of San Vito Lo Capo. It is a detached house with ground-floor entrance from the street leading to an entryway; stairs lead to the first floor, which features a kitchen, living room, one double bedroom, one bedroom with three single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The terrace, accessed via an internal staircase, offers a panoramic view of the sea and Mount Cofano and is equipped with a table, umbrella, chairs, and a bamboo lounge set. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A parking pass for areas authorized by the municipality is included in the price.
