Ein sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Ferienhaus, das ruhig und schön gelegen ist. Den Weg zum Haus findet man nicht auf Anhieb, da es in den Bergen liegt. In der Nachbarschaft lebt ein Pferd, dem es augenscheinlich nicht gut geht und das nicht artgerecht gehalten wird. Dies ist nicht schön anzusehen und wir hoffen, dass unsere Bemühungen dazu beigetragen haben, dass es nun wenigstens gefüttert wird.

La maison est spacieuse, agréable, le site est vraiment exceptionnel entouré de magnifiques montagnes, on baigne dans un calme extraordinaire. En revanche, depuis 14 ans que nous louons à l’étranger nous n’avons jamais connu un accueil aussi approximatif. Aucun cahier de liaison : nous avons du découvrir et comprendre les différents fonctionnements seuls. Le propriétaire n’était pas très réactif. Nous ne disposions que d’une petite et une moyenne serviette pour la piscine et la toilette. Nous étions deux et avions demande qu’on nous prépare deux chambres mais nous ne disposions de de couchage de 80. En arrivant il nous a fallu vider le lave vaisselle et la relaver à la main pour désincruster les traces de pizza et les couteaux plein de pâte à tartiner. Sans parler du barbecue où restaient des couennes de viande, des mégots et du papier essuie-tout. Quant au propriétaire dont nous avions lu sur les commentaires qu’il était très disponible nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de faire sa connaissance.

Extremly different Experiences

Be aware, the description of the house is not fitting well the real situation. The house has two storeys. The 3 bedrooms in top storey are very much different from the 2 bedrooms in the basement of the house. So, if you looking to use more than 3 bedrooms, be aware, that the 2 bedrooms in the basement have no HVAC, and only 2 small windows. The smell in the room is very much like in a very old storage area. In one of the rooms there were a lot of mold parts on the ceiling. The wet air from the badrooms can not really get dry. The big living room in the basement has new furnitures with big SmartTV which is mentioned in the description. But the Smart Features of the TV can not be used because the Internet, if available, is very slow. We had only 4 days out of 14 internet signal in the house. The house owner tried hard to solve the troubles, but failed. The internet is actually with sim card and Data Volume, and not by cable. We tried different sim cards but no way to solve. Probably data volume was expired. So, if you use only the 3 top bedrooms, and do not need internet in the house, you will for sure have a great vacation. Positive things: Pool area, Location next to great hills, no neighbors around, many bathrooms, a lot of space, big garden, great terrace. Kitchen setup very complete. The moskitos are somehow annoying.. but there are options to solve this.

Great villa, good communication with the owner of the villa. We received tips about what to do in the area and where everything is located. The villa is located in a quiet area which was wonderful. Everything is easy to do by car. Thank you for letting us stay in the villa.

Tolle Ferien

Super Lage des Hauses, in der Nähe von tollen Stränden. Das Haus entspricht dem Beschrieb, einzig das 2 Zimmer im Untergeschoss sind ist im Inserat nicht ganz klar. Genügend Platz für alle und mit einem tollen Pool.

Nice location, but

The location of the house is very nice, quite away of any noisy streets; grocery shops are a few minutes to drive away. The pool is very nice. The host is great and easy to reach in case of questions. However, you have to be aware that only 3 bedrooms are on ground level. The other bedrooms are downstairs in something that used to be a garage and the cellar (no real windows, no day light, no air-con, light smell of gasoline). We didn’t want our kids to sleep downstairs.

Good for families

A huge property ideal for families. Lovely pool, patio, barbecue and grounds. A little off the beaten track so you definitely need a car. A rustic property but very well equipped. Emmanuel was very good at providing information. A lovely 3 generational holiday.

Familienzeit

Großes Haus mit einem weitläufigen Garten und eigenen Pool inmitten der Natur. Das Haus ist allerdings etwas abgelegen, man ist auf das Auto angewiesen um Einkaufen zu gehen oder zum Strand zu fahren. Das Haus hat eine Etage auf der sich 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder befinden. Die übrigen Schlafzimmer/Bäder sind im Kellergeschoss, was uns so nicht aus der Beschreibung klar war. Ebenso, dass nur die 3 Schlafzimmer oben klimatisiert sind. Der Vermieter hat im Vorfeld alle Infos zur Anfahrt und Restaurants in der Nähe geschickt und hat geholfen ein Taxi zu organisieren. Vielen Dank!!

Ein wirklich tolles Haus. Würde es nochmal buchen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter

Vom Vermieter wurden sofort alle Wünsche erfüllt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Paradise

Fine garden with flowers and butterflys. Spacious house with modern interieur and big private pool with magnificent mountain view. Good kitchen equipment, mobile barbecue. Short distance to excellent beaches. Perfect communications and help with owner. We would come back at any time.
