In via della Principessa n.77, we rent a ground floor apartment with a private outdoor courtyard and a private parking space.

Internally it consists of a kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with window and shower.

The private outdoor courtyard is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.

EQUIPMENT: hob, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, 2 TVs, washing machine, air conditioning.

BEDS: There are 6 beds consisting of two double beds and two single beds.

LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Possibility of purchasing disposable linen: DOUBLE SHEET KIT 12 eur - SINGLE SHEET KIT 8 eur - 3 TOWELS KIT 5 eur.

RULES: PETS ALLOWED. A DEPOSIT OF €200 IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL.
