Waterfront mediterranean style villa with stunning sea views
In the beautiful Marine Protected Area of Capo Coda Cavallo, a stone’s throw from the sandy beach and crystal clear water, wonderful detached villa, bordering sea, with garden and private pool + jacuzzi and beautiful sea view.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful well-kept garden, the land measures 7500 square meters, privacy is total and the location is enchanting. The living area consists of a bright living room with large windows and incredible sea and pool views, courtesy bathroom; the kitchen is particularly functional and has direct access to the large barbecue area, with large grill, stone pizza oven and large outdoor table. The sleeping area is divided into two different wings of the property, so as to guarantee its guests total privacy. The main wing has a master bedroom with large en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, and has a private terrace with sea view. Two bedrooms with queen beds share a bathroom. The secondary wing consists of two double bedrooms and one French bedroom, each one with en suite bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower.
Downstairs, living/tv area, a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The garden, which surrounds the entire property, ends directly at the sea, where there is a small private rock and pebble beach and an outdoor shower.
The garden is full of marvelous plant species and colored flowers. There are also two secular olive trees.
ADSL fixed line, air conditioning and heating in every environment, ample parking for cars.
The square of Capo Coda Cavallo with bars, restaurants / pizzerias, market and shops can be reached quickly on foot, as well as the nearest beach, equipped and with bar-Club House.
