Welcome to Villa Ginepro, a luxurious haven nestled in the enchanting marine protected area of Tavolara, near the renowned Costa Smeralda.
With its 300 square meters of elegantly furnished interiors and refined architectural details, this villa offers an unforgettable retreat for families seeking comfort and serenity.
Set amidst the majestic Mediterranean scrubland and surrounded by imposing granite rocks, Villa Ginepro is an authentic oasis of tranquility and luxury. The expansive garden, adorned with natural rocks, green lawns, Mediterranean plants, and paved pathways, creates a magical and evocative atmosphere.
Upstairs, you'll find a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a twin bedroom, and an additional bathroom. The living room opens onto two covered verandas, one dedicated to relaxation and the other to an elegant dining area. The master bedroom leads to a covered terrace with direct access to the magnificent 12m x 6m infinity pool, offering spectacular views of the sea and mountains.

The lower level, accessible from both inside and an external terrace, hosts two bright double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in hervorragender Lage mit Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Mit voller Ausstattung und sehr guter Betreuung vor Ort. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt ein sehr schönes Urlaubserlebnis. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben.
