Nice house

The house is nice,well kept and clean. We did not appreciated the hardness of the mattresses. The owner communicate via messages with not big delay and was helpful if needed.Oposite to the house is a pizzera that opened 14.6. and was cosing a noise in the evening.but with closed windows you could hear no noises.

Wunderschön!

Gemütliches kleines Häuschen und genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Strand ist nahe gelegen und zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat zwei Spielplätze gleich in der Nähe und das schöne Städtchen San Teodoro lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Einheimischen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unsere Ferien in Maximilians Haus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Maximilian war zu jedem Zeitpunkt einwandfrei, vielen Dank dafür Max!!!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche - für Personen die gerne selbst kochen). Die Kommunikation mit Max war zu jedem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalt sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Schönes Haus mit super Lage

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Söhnen in San Teodoro und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist klein aber man hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt da man sowohl zu Fuß zum schönsten Strand der Welt laufen kann als auch super schnell in der Stadt ist. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen

Ottima Vacanza

Io e la mia famiglia (mio marito, figlia, figlio) con il nostro cane abbiamo soggiornato dal 24 settembre all’08 ottobre 2023 e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La villetta e’ stata ristrutturata con gusto e ha tutto quello che puo’ servire, la cucina dispone di tutti gli accessori compresa la lavastoviglie,la doccia esterna e’ comodissima. Il proprietario e’ stato gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ottima posizione tra la spiaggia la Cinta, il centro e i negozi. Siamo stati veramente bene e la consiglio vivamente.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr schöner Lage

Das Haus ist ein Reihenendhaus mit rundumläufigen Garten (bestehend aus Steinen und kleinen Beeren mit schöhmnen Pflanzen) und einem eigenen abschließbaren Parkplatz. Das Haus war genau so wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung angegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Strand ist ca. 10-15 min Fußweg entfernt aber sehr weitläufig und man findet immer einen Platz! Essen kann man auch sehr gut gehen es gibt diverse Restaurants. Eis in der Eisdiele direkt gegenüber dem Gallo Blu Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr sehr lecker! 1 Stern Abzug bei der Sauberkeit muss ich leider geben, weil der Boden etwas eingestaubt war ( mit einem Krabbelkind war das etwas unangenehm). Es würde wahrscheinlich nach dem letzten Gast geputzt und zwischen uns war eine lange Zeitspanne. Hervorzuheben ist der absolut nette und extrem schnelle Kontakt mit Max, dem Vermieter. Jederzeit erreichbar wenn etwas ist und kümmert sich auch direkt darum. Wir haben ihm am Abend geschrieben, dass die Solarzelle nicht mehr ausreichend Warmwasser produziert und er hat direkt einen Handwerker für den nächsten Tag organisiert zum umstellen auf Gasheizung. Alles in allem ein echt schöner Urlaub und eine echt schöne Gegend.

Alles ordentlich und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Stadt und der Strand La Cinta zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Wir waren im Juli da und hatten nachts die Fenster auf. Durch die gegenüberliegende Pizzeria dringen die Geräusche in das Schlafzimmer hinein, was wir aber nicht sehr gravierend fanden. Das Essen in dem Restaurant ist lecker und vom Preis her in Ordnung. Alles in allem sehr gute Organisation und alle waren zufrieden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im einem super Haus

Das Haus hat uns positiv Überrascht. Alles war neu renoviert, sehr sauber und hatte einen frischen Duft als wir zum ersten Mal reinkamen. Die Kommunikation mit Maximilian war einwandfrei. Bei Problemen oder Fragen hat er uns sofort geantwortet und uns geholfen. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder wenn wir auf Sardinien sind. Klare Weiterempfehlung!!!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was wir brauchten

Das Ferienhaus liegt ganz gut: traumhafter Strand, Restaurant, Supermarkt…alles fussläufig. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite ist eine Pizzeria. Diese war zum Saisonende geschlossen. Ob das jetzt gut oder schlecht für uns war, kann ich nicht beurteilen..Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse…perfekt zum Ausschlafen. Neben Pizzerien hat der Ort noch andere Leckereien parat….nicht zuletzt Gelato. Corona Test gibt es 150m entfernt vom Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter war mir behilflich und hatte einen Termin vereinbart. Sonst ist es eher schlecht auf der Insel im Oktober 2021 mit den Tests. In der Apotheke gibt es keinen. Es gibt im Ort ein Medical Center….das hat aber nie offen gehabt. Man konnte nur eine Telefonnummer von der Eingangstür wählen. Der Vermieter war immer sehr nett und versucht alles zu regeln. Das Haus war sehr sauber! Auch der Aussengrill war geputzt….wir haben ihn auch so verlassen, wie wir ihn vorgefunden haben. Die Aussendusche war auch perfekt. Die habe ich vorsichtshalber aber nur mit Badelatschen betreten. Es war mein erster Besuch in einem Ferienhaus auf Sardinen (sonst Hotel)…. Ich denke, dass wiederhole ich! Der Müll ist schwierig: man stellt ihn an bestimmten Tagen an die Strassenecke. Der Abfuhrplan ist im Haus vorhanden. Nur bis zur Anreise kann man nicht den gesamten Müll entsorgen…da man ja zum Teil 6 Tage eine bestimmte Müllsorte gesammelt hat. Ws gibt am Busbahnhof eine zentrale Müllentsorgung…dafür benötigt man eine italienische Gesundheitskarte…tja Pech gehabt. Wir haben alles zum Schluss in dem Restmüll entsorgt, der nächsten Tag abgeholt wurde….das ist jedoch nicht die Idee hinter einer Mülltrennung. Wir waren zum Motorrad fahren dort. Der Ort war ganz gut für den Kurveneinstieg dafür…aber es gibt bessere.

Fantastico

Casa ben tenuta e completa di ogni accessorio soprattutto in cucina, ci son più pentole che a casa mia. Stupenda la veranda sempre fresca e il cortile/giardino ben riparato da piante bellissime che costeggiano tutto il perimetro. Fantastico il camino per grigliare e la doccia esterna. Nonostante sia di fronte ad una pizzeria ed in mezzo ad altre case rimane molto intima e riservata. Vicina al centro e qualche passo in più per la spiaggia della Cinta, meglio se in bicicletta. Complimenti ancora ai proprietari.

RELAX

Bellissima casetta con tutti i confort barbecue doccia esterna con acqua calda tavolo con sedie x mangiare fuori e alla sera si sta benissimo. 10 minuti a piedi e si è al centro di San Teodoro e 15 minuti alla spiaggia. Di fronte c'è pizzeria. Posteggio privato. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. La consiglio è ci tornerei anche oggi. Grazie di tuttooo

Casa fantastica

Abbiamo soggiornato a SanTeodoro dal 12luglio al 26luglio,casa stupenda arredata con gusto tutta gli arredi sono nuovi,silenziosa e ben ventilata,fantastica la veranda dove poter pranzare e cenare barbecue enorme posteggio auto all’interno della proprietà !!!ottima posizione 10minuti a piedi di camminata e arrivi alla bellissima spiaggia la Cinta e 5 minuti a piedi e ti trovi in centro a San Teodoro.che c’è da dire villetta stupenda.

Vacanza rilassante

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro del paese. Casa piccola ma molto ben organizzata con uno splendido giardino pavimentato , doccia esterna molto comoda e una piacevole veranda. La struttura rispecchia a pieno la descrizione riportata nel sito. Proprietario gentilissimo, preciso e disponibile insomma la consiglierei specialmente ad una famiglia con bambini.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen - gut ausgestattet

Das Feriendomizil war, wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet - es hat an nichts gefehlt und war für uns die perfekte Unterkunft. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und an der Sauberkeit konnte nichts bemängelt werden. Da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war, konnten wir unsere kleinen Kinder unbesorgt spielen lassen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und Fragen wurden stets schnell beantwortet. Alles in Allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Super Unterkunft!

Es hat alles prina gepasst! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei anderen Urlaubsfragen. Die Kommunikatiom mit ihm verlief unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Man hat hier ein kleinea feines Häuschen für sich mit einer tollen und mit schömen Blumen eingewachsenen Terrasse. Alles wie beschrieben! Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Excellente adresse

Parfaitement située entre le centre ville et la plage, la villa est parfaite. Électroménager neuf et configuration de la villa au top. Terrasse à l’ombre le midi très appréciable pour pouvoir manger dehors. Propriétaire très gentil et disponible. C’était parfait ! Petit bémol : - un peu léger au niveau de la vaisselle : peu de couverts et verres et seulement 2 mugs. Pour une location pour 4 c’est un peu court - attention les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis. C’est un supplément non négligeable. Ottimo soggiorno. Ottima location.

La casa è una chicca. Adatta per 4 persone non di più. E' pulita, comoda e finemente ristrutturata, come da foto. Non ci sono sorprese. Ha una doccia esterna comodissima in estate perfettamente funzionante anche con acqua calda. E' posizionata vicino al centro, il che consente di uscire la sera senza l'utilizzo dell'auto. La metropizzeria davanti casa consente poi di cenare attraversando la strada, il che per noi si è rivelato il valore aggiunto. La spiaggia della Cinta è sicuramente raggiungibile in pochi minuti per la presenza di una bel marciapiedi, anche se non l'abbiamo mai sperimentato, avendo preferito spostarci verso alcune cale, presenti in loco. Il proprietario è sempre reperibile e si è dimostrato disponibile, risolvendo alcune esigenze personali e venendo incontro alle nostre necessità. Sicuramente consigliato per un soggiorno di una famiglia di 4 persone.

Tranquilla vacanza con bambini

Nel mese di giugno abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana con 2 bambini. Spiaggia La Cinta a 1 km a piedi. Anche il centro di San Teodoro è raggiungibile a piedi.

Semplicemente una vacanza da sogno

Siamo stati dal 8 al 15 giugno La casa rispecchia perfettamente le foto e l'annuncio del proprietario, pulizia esemplare di ogni stanza, accogliente e munita di tutti i comfort necessari, proprietario sempre pronto per qualsiasi dubbio o necessità a risponderti o a risolvere anche la minima piccolezza, davvero tutto stupendo, consigliatissimo e sicuramente torneremo.!!!
