Independent villa with private pool, located a few steps from the sandy beach of Capo Coda Cavallo, a wonderful protected marine area, known for its unspoiled nature and for its crystal clear sea.
The house, very comfortable, is composed of a spacious living room / kitchen, laundry room (washing machine and second fridge), master bedroom with direct access to the covered veranda and en suite bathroom, double bedroom with en suite bathroom, double bedroom with access to the veranda and third bathroom.
The covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining area and lounge, and enjoys a beautiful sea view and the large teak sunbathing area surrounding the swimming pool.
The villa is surrounded by well-kept greenery and, on the back, there is an outdoor shower.
Kitchen facilities:
Double fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, Nespresso coffee machine.
