Inside, guests can unwind in the practical open-plan living space that features a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table. This space also incorporates the kitchen, which is equipped with a Moka Coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a fridge freezer and a small breakfast bar.

The property is ideally situated less than a 10-minute walk from La Cinta beach in the popular resort of San Teodoro. The town is celebrated for its white-sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Visitors can spend their days swimming and sunbathing at La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, and Lu Impostu (both a 15-minute drive), enjoy snorkelling and boat trips along the coast, or explore the nearby lagoon (a 9-minute drive), home to pink flamingos and walking trails.

Beyond relaxing by the sea, visitors can take boat excursions through the Area Marina Protetta Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo, enjoy snorkelling and paddleboarding in crystal-clear coves, or hike panoramic coastal trails.
