The property has pros and cons. Great location, close to restaurants and nice beaches. however it’s very por in amenities. In the advert says: Towels provided, but there is no towels unless paid €10 for a set for 1 person. The shower area it’s so small that I could barely move, if you are size L or XL definitely not for you. Make sure you take quick showers as you might run out of hot water. Bring some extra toilet paper, only one in the toilet. Oven wasn’t working and I had to request a lighter as the stovetop wouldn’t turn on with the switch. Wi-Fi doesn’t work inside the house, only outside as you get closer to main office. So many little flaws that I was already feeling uncomfortable to approach the landlord.

Das Zimmer ist in einem alten aber oke Zustand, sieht sehr kalt aus. Eigentlich habe ich eine Unterkunft mit Ofen gebucht, keiner vorhanden. Ein großer Kühlschrank, ein Gas Herd und eine Waschmaschine waren jedoch da. Das Geschirr war leider dreckig, der Wasserkocher hat sehr nach Chlor und Plastik gestunken, egal wie oft man den gesäubert hat. Die Basics zum Kochen waren vorhanden. Spülmittel wurde bereit gestellt. Über den kleinen Balkon/Terrasse haben wir uns gefreut, da haben wir und überwiegend aufgehalten. Es kommen viele Katzen zu Besuch. Man braucht einen zusätzlichen Adapter für z.b. den Föhn. Ein I phone Kabel hat jedoch rein gepasst. Zum Duschen muss man erst den Warmwasserboiler an machen und abwarten. Die Dusche ist mini. Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen, es wird eine Rolle bereit gestellt. Das Wasser soll man nicht aus dem Hahn trinken, dafür muss man extra Wasserflaschen kaufen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird einmalig bereit gestellt. Wenn man neues möchte gegen Gebühr. Vorort zahlt man eine Reinigungsgebühr. Man ist im Prinzip sehr auf ein Auto auf Sardinien angewiesen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Restaurants ganz in der Nähe (wenn sie Pizza und Meeresfrüchte mögen) Kostenlose Parkplätze mehr als genug vorhanden, das fand ich super! Sonst sehr nettes Personal, herzlich empfangen, alles unkompliziert. Hunde gegen Gebühr erlaubt. Es sind leider nur vereinzelt Strände vorhanden, an denen Hunde erlaubt sind.

Küche und Möblierung, Geschirr waren einfachste Kategorie und in die Jahre gekommen. Plastikstühle ohne Polster. Keine Weingläser. Balkontisch verlor immer die Beine beim rücken. Vom Balkon ging der Blick auf Straße und viele Parkplätze. Direkt gegenüber ein unbebautes Grundstück war ein Schuttplatz. In der Nachbarschaft zahlreiche heftig und ausdauernd bellende Hunde in Zwingern. Das Schlafzimmer ging zur anderen Seite, die war ruhig. Es war nah zum Zentrum von San Teodoro. Die Tage waren wir unterwegs oder an einem Strand. Für Kinder gab es keine Spielmöglichkeiten von oder bei der Residenza. Wir waren hier im Oktober. Das Bett hatte nur ein Laken. Decken bekamen wir auf Nachfrage in der Rezeption.

Gut gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage, die Küche und Waschmaschine und der sehr freundliche Umgang von Luca . Nicht gefallen haben uns die desolaten Möbel (kaputte Schränke, quitschendes Bett), kei WLAN bei Wohnung 6 wie versprochen und der viel zu kleine Fernseher

Residenze Gallura

Am Rezeption war sehr nette und hilfsbereit Personen. Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt,in der Küche war alles fettig. Schöne nettes Haus mit viele Blumen am Veranda aber kein Safe und kein Internet nur einen gemeinsames Platz draußen unten einem Baum .Umgebung war perfekt. Trotzdem wir fühlten uns super .Ich kann weiter empfehlen.
