With a sunny terrace and a small balcony, this is the ideal base to explore the northeastern coast of Sardina. The property is arranged over two floors and benefits from a cosy open-plan living space furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a dining table and a flat-screen TV. This area also incorporates a small kitchen equipped with; a coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven and a fridge freezer.

Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and mosquito screens on the windows.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and mosquito screens on the windows.

Bathrooms 1 & 2: Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bidet, washbasin and a WC, and are equipped with mosquito screens.

Location

The property is located in Monte Petrosu a small village on the northeastern coast of Sardinia, nestled between San Teodoro and Porto San Paolo. The village is surrounded by nature reserves including the Lagoon of San Teodoro and the Capo Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, here visitors will also find opportunities for birdwatching, hiking, and nature walks.

The area is also renowned for its beaches, among the most famous are La Cinta Beach (a 10-minute drive), Cala Brandinchi (a 5-minute drive) (also known as Tahiti Beach), Lu Impostu Beach (an 8-minute drive) and Cala d\'Ambra (a 15-minute drive). Characterised by their fine white sand, crystal-clear waters and scenic surroundings they are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling 9and other water sports.

From Monte Petrosu, visitors can easily explore the nearby islands of Tavolara and Molara. Boat trips and excursions depart from Porto San Paolo (a 9-minute drive), offering island hopping, snorkelling, and diving opportunities in the surrounding marine reserves. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy a round of golf at the Puntaldia Golf Club (a 10-minute drive) which enjoys views of the sea and surrounding landscapes.

The closest international airport to the accommodation is Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (OLB) a 20-minute drive away.
