San Teodoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartments are located in San Teodoro, with a distance to the sea between 200 m and 2000 m and to the center between 300 m and 1500 m. The address is that of the Mare Terra office for key collection. For arrivals after 8 PM and before midnight, prior notification is required and an additional charge of €30 applies. Access is directly from the main road. Parking on the property.
